    Hell yeah dude you'll get it! I've been doing calisthenics for 11 months myself. My training's focus has been handstands so I can swap between L-Sit & Handstand back and forth already, but I'm awful at muscle ups. So in my opinion there's no level you "should be at", it's a matter of what you've put your time into. I personally just want to specialize at handstands and planche so while I train everything else, I don't as much as those two components.

    Man, I’ve got a problem, I can hold the One Leg for 8 seconds with perfect form, but when I try with the other leg I can’t even hold it for one second! What should I do?

  • @CalisthenicsFamily

    @CalisthenicsFamily

    I had the EXACT same problem mate! You need to open your hips! So you need to go back to the advanced tuck variation and try to bring your knees furhter away from the bar like I do in the video!

    @@hodenbacke55555 One leg is helpful if you do it correctly. The correct one is more like an advanced tuck but you bring one leg out.
