Awesome
great one!
thx bro
Bro i thought this were for beginners 😂
Finally a video where exercises like dragon flag or human flag aren´t ranked as beginner or intermediate exercises. Most Calisthenics KZreadr´s lost their feeling for average athlete´s performances and it is therefore a pleasure to watch you guys
It’s great to hear your feedback! We understand that the majority of people aren’t some high level athlete. This is known from our own training experience (as complete beginners), but also from teaching / coaching many beginners! 💪🏼
I do this several times during training to give more stimulus
Thank you for sharing 🌹
The best family ❤
Appreciate the video. But to be honest, you guys talk too much that makes the video too long.
*Amazing Video bro !!*
I would like to be the winner, those parallettes would be so useful 🙇🏽♂️
Nice.
Thank you so much ❤
Who is from India🇮🇳 😁
India can suck
Cringe
pls i just started training for 1 month and im 14 i got good genetics pls i need that ty for the vid
Great stuff. Been doing pullups and pushups for some time. Now aiming for the muscle up and maybe a handstand next.
Well done guys . Greetings from Australia
I want that tool 🥹
Never to old to start!!
Waw thats the worst form ive ever seen
Who names these exercises?😂
What's the best amount of time to rest between rounds?
Bro you have to go for calories deficit
At 55, I have most of these owned (human flag, dragon flag, handstand...). The planque however is still giving me work to do. Can do it somehow with the legs split but far from perfect. It will come! Great video btw. One of the few putting it all together and straight to the point.
For me the front lever came much "easier". I can already hold the front lever for a bit over 5 seconds but still can barely balance my handstand. Weightwise I'm in the same category as you guys but still have some fat to get rid off (though I already got down from 106kg to 81/82) but the last few kg are really hard to chave off.
Well my first move was the front lever😂
this is a game changer thank you❤
I have been trying to learn handstand for a year and they did it for 3 weeks🥲
Hey thank u for the video its a great one i have a question since im new to calisthenics so do we need to perform lets say level 1 all of them in a day and how many days a week should we workout and have a rest then start again
been attempting straddle planche for a month and just decided to learn handstand this month just so I can work on planche press negative 💀 anyway thanks for always uploading useful cali information for us :D great explanation for every exercise 👍
Good Video!
Im just a beginner😢 But my goal is to achieve the planche one day
Thanks for your help 🎉🎉🎉
I tried this after my first ever callisthenics leg day and my gooch nearly tore in half 😂
Great video! Thank you guys🙏
Great Video, i save it for future progression! thanks
i am only running.but now i decided to include this .. thank you ❤
Nice video, hope i can do them all someday lol
very helpfull video exactly what we needed to progress in calethenics and learn new skills 👍
Love the video! I would say I'm mostly intermediate, just bought my first weighted vest and now I'm looking for a good pair of parallettes to improve my L sit and learn how to do a handstand without wall.
😀 I will slowly learn all 25 exercises
Perfect
I need the paralletes. Hehehe😊
I was wondering where to go with my cali goals so this video has helped me massively! I feel like I can do some of the more intermediate/advanced moves but not all of the ones in between though 😅
I can't wait to start calisthenics
You "let" her?
What a great video
Saw the original full video and really learned so much! Thanks for providing the short as a quick reference. Awesome work as usual!
I am 15 and i unlock the muscle up
I was a bit nervous starting to watch but damn did it actually give me hope! 30 years old and struggling hard with handstands for like 4 years even though I can do the wall supported pushups. 😁 Great tips for other exercises to build up shoulder mobility and core strength! Fingers crossed.
