The master is awesome; that closet is WELL DESIGNED (I just wish it had a washer/dryer in the closet); that 6th bedroom is perfect for a college student living at home! I LOVE IT!

That's what I believe I saw and I don't like that. To be clear, the access to that room is through the master's closet? Then there's no door on the other side except the garage door and the entry door from outside that's downstairs? Interesting.

Wow 😯. This house is huge. I ❤ it, but it is a lot of stairs though and I’m sure if I saw an elevator, but overall, very beautiful home. Wish I could afford. Think this is the first time I saw an upstairs to the upstairs 😂😂

Don’t get me wrong the house is nice but for 4 mil I need more than 1 bath tub in the house. Like there’s no way there are 7 bathrooms but 1 bathtub in the whole place
3 years ago this house would have been 60% cheaper 😮
That was another fabulous house. My question is like the person before me said why these houses cost millions and millions of dollars? They are not worth the wood and paint it's made out of. But it's beautiful. They need to go back down to the thousand then maybe we can talk.

Inflation and that causes the cost of materials to go up .
This house had cheap staging furniture not one wow factor. Get better staging if you want high end clients I see potential for sell and it is overpriced some
Did this house sell yet? Did any of the typers and talkers in the comments put in a 4 million dollar offer yet. If they value the home at 4 million tell them " less talk, more action, put in your 4 million or more offer"😂
