Why are houses in the United States made of plywood and drywall, and the price is like a marble house on the seashore? Why are US housing standards generally so low? Why do Americans agree to this and buy houses that are cheap for so much money?
I'm not impressed.
I’ve viewed a lot of homes, and this is IT! I’ve seen a lot of homes, and rarely have I seen one where if I was building…this would be it. This one really has just about everything I’d be looking for. This is the dream home for my family. Absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for sharing. I wish I was able to purchase this home.

Just a few yrs ago (3-4), I’m guessing this same house woulda been about $450k/$475k or so… man, it has gotten EXPENSIVE here for NO REASON! 🤦🏽♀️ There’s not even anything in McDonough 🤦🏽♀️

Astoundingly hideous. What the heck happened to architecture? This is an absolute monstrosity of an eye sore. Words cannot adequately describe the utter disgrace of this ‘house’.

Breathtakingly ugly! I saw container homes and dental offices that looked more appealing! Interior same old same old. If you can spend this kind of money then spend $3000 more to make it look better.

I thought the house was nice, but saw some time I would want to do differently. I also wouldn't want neighbors this close. Even 1 acre lots are kinda close but this is nearly no space.
That home is nice but that neighborhood is GORGEOUS!!!!

For this house to be over 6800 sq ft the primary bedroom is too small and l don't like all the dark walls in the basement,other then the house beautiful.
Basic, builder grade ,minimal new style home with a huge ho-hum factor.

This home is sooo nice , I had to watch twice. This time I saved this home to my email as I'm looking for a home that represents my hard work and this is the home with the features I desire. But a smaller home like about 5000 square feet and 5 bedrooms and bathroom with a cost around a million. The elevator and deck is a must , hopefully that possible within the price range. In addition, beautiful neighborhood is also important as I want to live among folks that have worked just as hard as I have and not by winning the lotto😅

Beautiful house, but I agree with the consensus that a new home that's a million plus should have real hardwood flooring. At that price point, the owner deserves all of the stops.
In my opinion, the price is good for this size for this house; I can hire someone to install a fence around the property. The basement can be used for meetings/training/parties, especially Halloween; movie theater. I can buy better lights with more lumens for a brighter experience. In California, you would pay this price for a small 3,400 square feet home. My only issue is, I would replace the glass rail on the catwalk with an actual metal or stone rail for safety.

What’s not to love about that house? I love it. The only thing I would be concerned about is Security ; not being in a gated community lol
