A lot of the other houses in the neighborhood were built pre-housing market crash of the early 2000s. They have hardwood floors and granite countertops and cost less than $500,000 back in 2006.

One day I’ll be able to afford a home like this. Claiming it. 🙌🏽

The bathrooms and laundry room are too basic and no privacy at all in the backyard for a home priced that high. Very pretty, just not worth the price.

It’s not 1.5 mil. This isn’t bad for 6800 sq. ft. It’s only a mil that you can probably talk it down lower if you were a serious buyer!!

I can remember when the homes in this gated community were going for $300k back in 2009 was always my favorite community to drive through when I lived in Lithonia I think the primary should have been bigger overall still a nice home

Nice sized home. No shelves in the pantry, basement paint color darkens the vibe, a couple mirrors missing in bathrooms, no privacy in backyard and the closet in bedroom 5 can hold about 4 articles of clothing.

There a many homes in Lithonia 750k and up. Same as Decatur. And fairly new construction.

I'm a bit confused with the layout of the primary and the other room to the side. They should've made the full hall the primary and it would've felt more like $1m. The current configuration is weird and the primary suite looks tiny

Staircase is nice but the other finishes are not worthy of the price tag. The layout could have more consideration. Wasted space.

The basement is my favorite part of the house. Also, I do believe the property should at least have some privacy (surrounding walls/fencing) but besides that, it's decent

I almost like the basement better more than the upper level

The house is not bad in terms of the bones but there are many negatives to this home. The biggest and most important thing is the SHYT location of Lithonia. If you live east of Atlanta, better school systems are further east in Gwinnet. This is an investment people; you have to consider resale value. The floors look like cheap vinyl, the downstairs paint says "playa" not family. The carpet is a no, and it was over-done in the wrong areas (ex: pantry).

No privacy for that price me and my husband cant even have a romantic rendevous on the oatio without the neighbors getting a show...lol

This home isn't worth 1M. No backyard privacy. Homes are too close together You can literally walk to your neighbors house behind you. Primary unit is very small , There are better options a short drive away in Stonecrest.

$1.5M w/cheap glass doors, backsplash, floors & no backyard? The audacity. The only thing good about that home is that it's brick. To add insult to injury, the best looking area was the basement 🤦🏾‍♀

That's a nice looking house. I'd like some of the Stone work in the living room. Or whatever that material is. However, those floors look cheap and if I was a buyer I would not even consider that house. Like the iron front door, outback could be a little spruced up for a million dollars

Interesting, but the 7th bedroom is not a bedroom, it is a bonus room. The master suite could have been designed to make way better use of that amount of space. At this price why would some of the closets and the pantry be DIY.

In my opinion, the price is good for this size for this house; I can hire someone to install a fence around the property. The basement can be used for meetings/training/parties, especially Halloween; movie theater. I can buy better lights with more lumens for a brighter experience. In California, you would pay this price for a small 3,400 square feet home. My only issue is, I would replace the glass rail on the catwalk with an actual metal or stone rail for safety.

Absolutely fantastic and beautiful community, I was in that area for Thanksgiving and did I get excited. I love the entire layout of this home. Now I have to work extra hard for this. I love it. 💞💞💞💞

One thing I Will add about these new homes the Rooms could be Bigger. For sure for the square footage. But its Nice over All.

Awesome home with endless possibilities. Loving the walkout onto the patio from the master bedroom. The 7th bedroom I would definitely use as my art studio. And yes the movie theater seals the deal. Furnishings and an awesome interior design will definitely make this house a happy home 🏠 ❤😊

Nice house but would purchase it, yard is to small, no fence or privacy… Love the entry from Garage to house❤❤❤. Laundry room is smaller than a apartment . To many small areas for the price 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐

I do like the basement, but the two glass doors. Have to go, need solid core double reinforced type. Back yard needs to be fenced. With some type of open style black fence. Then you can decide on just what hedge material to use. As to decide on which type of trees to plant. Thinking magnolia and some cherry blossoms.

Why would anyone who can afford a million dollar house buy a house in Lithonia? Lithonia is one of the worst city in metro Atlanta. Bad schools, high crime rate and always something going on.

If you know anything about Atlanta ypu know Lithonia is hood af and your car & home insurance will be triple not to mention every gas station in the area has constant shoot-outs and drug deals. You will have to get gas and groceries far from home!!!

Not impressive at all. All this homes has is square footage. No character whatsoever, not to mention, cheap quartz countertops. Cheap doorknobs, just cheap. Its definitely in a predominately black community so there is rarely a focus on detail, quality, and design. We have got to start demanding more bang for our bucks. You get a lot more in North Fulton, Gwinnett, and Cobb.

This is a good 2nd or 3rd home if you sell your previous homes for a good price and have a substantial amount to put down. Financing the entire amount at current interest rates is not attractive at all. The fixtures and countertops do need an upgrade, they don’t seem like million dollar home fixtures, countertops or a million dollar home deck.

Way I see it the house is cool. I'd add shelves in pantry of I wanted them an and fence in backyard for more privacy if I wanted. I like space. So me personally, if I could afford the house?. I'd Love to have it. People don't see potential when its in their face.If you don't like the layout?. When you purchase you could always make changes to add to property Value. Right or wrong?.. I could see complaining if you had the house built. But this is a home that's built alfreddy. Buy it an change what you don't like? Otherwise if its not for you its just not for you?

I always wonder why houses are so large and don't have fences around them, and I bet they are not gated either. That's too much money for them houses, to eliminate privacy and safety.

Ive noticed that these modern day houses are so much smaller and the doors and rooms seems tight..not just this house it seems to be the new thing now. They are doing the same thing here in Nashville and they are using bricks at the bare minimum

Which is why I am looking into older cheaper homes..it'll be a better bargain to renovate..beautiful home but not a lot of selling points..

It's a pretty decent spot for a large family and a sitting room aka room for an elderly family member.
