This house is probably the BEST house that I’ve seen. It actually LOOKS like a house and not some building that should be used for a library or modified warehouse. It is regal and sophisticated but not gawdy. I love it; wish I could afford it but; WITH GOD, all things are possible to him that BELIEVES!!

That primary suite "took my breath away!" All I can say about this home is: "WOW!" I need to win the Powerball fast to buy this home! Ititi, you have really been showcasing some beautiful homes! Breathtaking Home, Exquisite! I love the wood floors and the spacious rooms. I especially love the fact that there's windows in all the main bathrooms, kiddos to the architect for that very unusual feature in a newly built home.

No HOA is a huge selling point.

You know what is an excellent feeling? Hearing the price and thinking “ok, not too bad!” ❤

This home is sooo nice , I had to watch twice. This time I saved this home to my email as I'm looking for a home that represents my hard work and this is the home with the features I desire. But a smaller home like about 5000 square feet and 5 bedrooms and bathroom with a cost around a million. The elevator and deck is a must , hopefully that possible within the price range. In addition, beautiful neighborhood is also important as I want to live among folks that have worked just as hard as I have and not by winning the lotto😅

Also to add how the elevator is hidden behind the door is such a classy touch. I have noted that I now need elevator in home. My price range is under a million, so I don't expect home to already have elevator but will research cost of installation and upkeep. Looking for forever home that will still be suitable as I age.😊

First, let me say I so appreciate the slow, all-encompassing roll of the camera! I love your channel for this reason. The home is gorgeous, spacious and well priced. If someone were on the fence, the primary suite and finished basement would seal the deal. My only con is the dark tile on the bathroom sinks. It's a miss in my opinion😒It darkens the room. Otherwise, bravo builder👏🏽👏🏽

The door hinges are the right color. Your not walking around your house being accosted by dark colored door hinges. Nice

I love everything inside the house, the outside was a disappointing as hot as Georgia is there to be a pool, the basketball area is very nice but it takes up a lot of space. I would like to know if the bushes and trees can be cut down or cut back to make room for a nice size pool.
