Now this is a dream home, I loved everything about it. The Designer and Architect made si many great choices! If I had to pick anything that was missing for this price point, I would want my own swimming pool.

This home is crazy beautiful! I love all the detail with the light fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen and master closet. Very modern and my style 💯%! I would highly recommend the basement be finished.

Most of wall color is Agreeable Gray most likely. Most model homes have that color . Our house is that color too.

I just want to say thank you for saving my hands time from double clicking on 3d tours on my 💻 lol. First off the whole 🏠 is dope but that basement is my 🏰 of solitude lol. I know most people would want a finished basement but that just means I could customize the basement to my liking. Soundproofing the walls & everything for my 🎸 🥁 🎹

@ItitiObidah no, for the most part, the water table is too high in southern coastal areas. Leaking and flooding would be a problem, and the engineering needed for to keep water out of basements for residential homes would be prohibitively expensive. Some structures here have underground areas, but those are mostly commercial and government properties.

Beautiful home!! But it should be walk in ready totally and completely finished for the type money someone is asking!!!

YOUR PAYING MILLIONS FOR A HOUSE THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED. THE BASEMENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. AS LARGE AS IT IS, IT WILL COST THE NEW OWNER A PRETTY PENNY TO FINISH. THE HOUSE PRICE SHOULD BE LOWERED.

You showed another home with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with a finished basement and 3 of the bedrooms were in the basement for $728.000. This one has less bedrooms, but with the basement is unfinished for $2.500,000. For that price the basement must be finished.

Not worth $2.5MM. The lot is small and terrible views of a wall. Unfinished basement. WAAAAAAAY overpriced.

I always find myself fast forwarding through these homes because they are cookie cutter. Every single one of them looks the same, the exact same layout. This one is even worse because for 2.5M they don't even get a finished walk-out basement or a decent sized lot.
