I was there 25 years ago with these 2 MWS and Amy when we all was younger I was a bus driver on their tour, I mostly drove Rock and Roll so it was refreshing to do this tour and I had a great time being on it.

I love Michael W Smith very much , his song the reason I get to know Christ and accept Him into my life , I came from Buddhist and Muslim family but I got saved in sydney I think in youth alive with Michael W Smith , his songs leading me through my walk with Jesus , thank you Michael for continuing to do God’s work as His instrument, God bless you and all your family and thank you so much I wish I can go to Nashville one day to your farm 😁🥰🙏

Amen! It pains me that Amy has gone commercial but I still celebrate her earlier work since it, along with Michael’s, is part of my my spiritual heritage.

Their music sustained me through my teenage years and 20s. I told MWS that one night when I ‘accidentally’ met him in Atlanta. He just pulled me into him and held me. He was so genuine. I was never starstruck over anyone. Including over him. He just felt like an old friend that night with a little bit of Jesus mixed in. I don’t think I would be here today if it wasn’t for their music. Thank You both for being a light in this world.

I saw them together in 1982 when he just started with her. He went on to write some of the most iconic and anointed worship songs and more. And of course , Amy s writing and music only got richer too. God bless you both

I remember going to an Amy Grant El Shaddai concert in Mississippi and she introduced Michael W. Smith who was her pianist and he performed for her!!! Sooo excited that I've followed him all these years!

Reminds me of the times we would just gather around the piano at church and sing honor and praise to our redeemer.

I remember seeing them in Constitution Hall in DC, late 70's. Reed Arvin was playing keyboards. He was a friend who I hadn't seen for quite a while and surprised to see him on stage. A great era with contemporary Christian music really starting to reach wide audiences.

I listened to these two FOR HOURS when I first got saved. I have probably seen Michael in concert 10x and my wife and I are headed from Cincy to Ashland KY for his concert there and a meet and greet and front and middle seats. My daughter’s walk up song was Song for the King and walkout was A Million Lights and the congregation lit up their cell phones. Love em both

Mandisa will definitely be missed I watched this performance on TV years ago I loved everyone on here but when she came out and told him to pull out the soul strings OMG i felt that and then when she went into worship I was in awe anytime she sang by herself or with others she brought so much life especially ccm ima miss her so much ❤❤❤❤

Saw her at the Lakeland Civic center she has a beautiful voice

‘Everytime I 🎧 with one of my favorite songs of Michael W Smith “Friends” makes me emotional and till now cos it reminds me of my TMI ( teen Mission International) those were the days. Thank You Lord God for You are Our Alpha and Omega!

I think it is one of her oldest and was one of the first Contemporary Christian songs that opened my ears to more than Hymnal Music. God Bless you Amy! I love you! Both are giants in Christian music...these two have touched milllions of us with their talents. I am blessed to have seen them both many times. I recognize the people who have had an big impact on my life. Amy has for SURE. I thank God for her and her positive spirit.

I love this video. I love Michael W.Smith 's music so much better than the Secular stuff on the radio nowadays. I do like one song by Evanescence but I am trying to stay away from the Secular music that is on the radio rightnow. MWS 's music is so beautiful and very pretty and very clean- it talks about God and this world 🌎needs Him rightnow.

Do you know how amazing this song is? 🎶 We truly need to read our Bibles more. A Lamp unto our feet. This song is powerful. I learned it as a teenager.

Our Pastor, Jim Baer at Calvary Chapel Fullerton back in the 70's-80's opened every Sunday morning with this song 🎵 🎶 It was the church's anthem.
