Lol he didn't back off at all. He stayed the same volume the entire time, and there's nothing wrong with that. Nice thought though.

@@AdelineCowgirl Such an odd thing to argue about. Why be like that? I was being appreciative of his musical expertise. I just saw him in concert last month... front row. He definitely backs off and allows others to share in the spotlight... and again, some of that is just experience in live music (it might something I more easily notice because I've played in live bands for the last 30 years). Appreciate any kind discourse you want to return, but please stop with being condescending. Enough of that in the world.

Michael W. Smith would not even come and sing at a Pro Life rally in South Carolina when we were trying to promote the Personhood Bill. Bush appointed Souter. In Planned Parenthood v. Casey, a 1992 case, Souter joined an opinion that surprised and delighted liberals by maintaining the central holdings of Roe v. Wade, the landmark abortion ruling. He also paved the way for Sotomayor when he appointed her as U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice Sonia Sotomayor to a U.S. District Court in New York. Bush was a sick man, one that was always in the middle, unfortunately his decisions has cost millions of little babies their lives.

I was shocked that it was actually Trump who did the most to hear the people and stand boldly for us even as he was lied about, threatened, attack repeatedly, and silenced. I didn’t vote Trump in 2016, but I joined the 8,000,000 more that voted for him in 2020. When Democrats put the ill in nursing homes across the United States March 2020 and mocked Trump as a “racist” for sharing intel he had as President and having an isolation ship for the ill I humbled and woke up. When neutral, an still deciding who to vote for, me on Facebook called out a fact during the second presidential debate that made Biden look out of touch or manipulative “I” got kicked off and slandered I officially made the switch. Most Republicans are simply in the hands of the Democrats, and Democrats say what you want to hear, but they do the literal opposite of what they say, just evil. It really isn’t about political parties, what the slandered Republicans actually do seem to actually care about the slandered and censored people, even though they also are fooled and still used. That’s what was unique about Trump, the reason people hated him, was the reason why he couldn’t be blackmailed or controlled (as easily) by those who are truly evil. Senator Johnson is currently spelling facts on what went down in 2020 in trial but I’m not seeing news stories covering reality as what exactly all got censored in 2020 is being looked at very seriously, especially considering how it related to mass DEATHS. I am praying for this nation, and the nations of the world, to stop being controlled, by those who want to control others. Letting people know the facts, is not evil, when you actually wake up and pay attention to the ramifications, it’s beyond Demonic and we need to pray for this country. We should not be having wars in other countries when we were energy independent under Trump but law changes by Biden in 2021 weakened our nation and after four years of no wars the engagements by Democrats reestablished.

This is a blessed reminder of Gods love for us, our country, and the whole world. The message God is reminding us all is that of friendship and the command to love one another. Jesus is our example and he says there is no greater love than a man who will lay down his life for his friends. And Jesus calls us his friends, how much more should we be friends to one another.

This was one of my first songs I had on repeat as I was growing up. I watched this exact feed from NBC live. When I first saw the start, I sort of hated that they were talking a break to hear what I thought would be some song I would be indifferent to. It only took those first couple of key strokes that I went from that feeling of indifference to being floored to hear one of the songs I consider part of life's soundtrack. To those not familiar with Michael W. Smith or his music, he has a lot of great songs that are classics in CCM, although I think this one is probably THE CLASSIC from him and maybe his first "secular" hit.

I didn't realize Michael W. Smith hob nobbed with such prominent people but I guess it makes sense as he is pretty famous and extraordinarily accomplished! Yet, he performed in a rather smallish Winnipeg, Manitoba church only last year. He's still the same guy I've admired for about 30 years now. His own dad died just a few months before the Winnipeg concert so he's certainly going through a season of grief.

No, it's not hope. It is an heretical certitude by the new age kooks who call themselves Christians. They have abolished Judgement Day and decided that every decedent is already in heaven dancing around with Jesus. They have assumed a knowledge that only a god could have. They are evil. You should avoid and condemn such people. They are mouthbreathers.
