My Son Matt died last Tuesday from complications from a brain tumor. Matt was 36. He lived in Owasso Oklahoma. He loved Jesus and all people. What a gift. Thank you Jesus and thank you for this song.

I've been a Christian all my life, but Amy and Michael's music really took me to a whole new level when I was in my early thirties. Just saw Amy in concert a couple of weeks ago. She is still such an inspiration and a wonderful singer.

I’m not religious wasnt raised in that world , but she is such a beautiful artist I can’t help listening to her sing

50 years ago, on September 12 1972, I was 18 years old, I gave my life to Jesus, I accepted Jesus as my personal Saviour. I want to thank God for his amazing grace, his unconditional love and his faithfulness into my life during all these years. As Dr. David Jeremiah said in one of his sermon: " In the past I have been saved from the penalty of sin. In the present I am being saved from the power of sin. In the future I will be saved from the presence of sin. " Thank God for these wonderful truths.The Lord 's return is very soon. Worthy is the Lamb. Come Lord Jesus come ! Amen !

These two led me in my teenage worship. It's amazing to come across them as a 50 year old to worship God freshly today. Thankful.

In the mid-1980s, she began thru a difficult time my sister was w infant before baptism in her birthday murdered by husband Keith Snyder unrepentant. Margo. Memory Diane and baby my godson Brian 37 days old in fire set by Keith he drugged her w alchohol. She was tired up all night with infant no sleep no food in her stomach Keith husband he gave her a July 2 1982 birthday drink I don't know how she didn't drink much .. sweet liquor i will never know. On the way back from work, somehow this song came into my mind as I prayed his direction in my life. And this clip came up. I feel like He wants to say something to me through this song today. Yes! I just soak into who he is with listening this song tonight.

I realise that God has forgiven Ms Grant but I can np longer watch her. In an interview on TV when we were at our home in California, before she even committed adultery, the (non-Christian) interviewer asked about how her faith affected her work & Grant actually corrected her & said that she didn't want to be called a "Christian" artist as she felt that it limited her & sbesides, she liked to sing pop songs. Of course then came the affair & both she & Vince Gill denied their adultery to the hilt. Janice Gill eventually broke her noble silence & confirmed that first a note from Amy, declaring her love for Janice's husband fell out of his golf bag. Later, one unforgettable afternoon when Janice was cleaning her home & children were running around, one of them knocked Janice's husband's briefcase over & a large bundle of graphic letters spilled out & the words contained therein broke her heart. I feel the same about Sandi Patty who had an adulterous affair with her backing singer, Don Pelsis. They also denied their sin for two years until it became widespread knowledge & Sandi was "forced" (her word) into a public confession in front of her church. Neither of these women cared about the broad platform they were exposed on, their faith, or the husbands & children they so willingly left behind. I grew up in a country where to follow the Lord was to risk death (I am writing from our home there right now). Some American Christianis seems to be more overawed by fame & less by holding those who claim to follow the Lord who gave everything up for them to a high standard. Too much said but, sadly, I just see these two women as those who took their faith & their marriage vows too lightly, despite knowing that the world was indeed looking on. Christ compared marriage to His relationship with the church. They threw their marriage vows out the window, simply because they were overcome by sinful lust. After almost 35 years of marriage, my husband & I never take our marriage for granted & pray that we will keep our Savior at the center, not the perimeter of that relationship......
