This has struck me so as "he is more alive than he's ever been" were the words I was given visiting my father's grave. It would seem that God wants us all to know this truth. There is life everlasting and it is in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. Amen and amen.

Thank you Beth Moore for this amazing tribute to Mandisa's life. I never knew her background story, I only knew her from American Idol and her most famous song "Overcomer" but my heart is heavy 😔 like everyone else's with the news of her passing and her battle with depression and anxiety but I also know that her struggles are now OVER! May our God comfort our hearts 💔 that are hurting and replace them with the JOY of the Lord ❤🙏🏻 Thank you God for Mandisa's life 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I fell in love with Mandisa when she was on American Idol. While it hurts my heart that she’s gone, I know she’s in Heaven, singing praises to God. ❤❤

I’m still in shock that Mandisa is gone! One of the best gospel voices who communicated God’s love live, deep and wide. I can never forget her especially as I listen to her songs always. I grief and really mourn Mandisa. Rest peacefully Mandisa I’ll continue to hug your songs💔

No, she's in the grave awaiting resurrection according to 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 and ECC. 9:5. She will be resurrected to stand before the God of creation. According to Daniel 7 judgement was set and the books were opened. Judgement must happen before entry into heaven. Thank Jesus for imputing His righteousness unto us.

My daughter,Summer Silvia Williams 8/6/91-11/9/22 loved Mandisa and God used her music to help her through difficult times in her life.I know they have met and are good friends now.

Wow. This is a rhyme to my story, too. My baby sister and I would drive around for hours listening to Mandisa during a time in our lives, where we were both hurting SO MUCH for different reasons. My sister passed away in similiar circumstances to Mandisa, in December of 2022, and losing Mandisa is a heartache like I just lost my sister all over again. I loved her music and what she meant to me and my sister, so much! They are both singing praises and worshipping King Jesus together. I'm SO very sorry for your loss.

I'm disabled. I had to take early retirement. My then husband was abusive. I bought the "True Beauty" cd. I'm blessed I've still have it. I listened to the cd over and over. Now there's a song on the same cd name "Shackles Off". Jesus I'd you understand is now my husband and I freely can listen too Mandisas cd and music. I've divorced. I stayed with my x-husband for too long to be abused. Listening to Mandisa sing helped me very much. I understand all of us have a blueprint on earth. I pray people that are going through a abusive marriage or what ever problems to know Mandisa. If you're a believer in Jesus Christ that died for your sins and know you're having eternal life.... we'll have eternity to sing praises to our King and all believers. Mandisa is a believer and I will meet her at moment God gives me. I want to take in Jesus 1st ❤.

God Bless Mandisa May She Sing, Shout, And Praise And Eternal Peace I love mandising her music since American Idol and her songs are so amazing what a horrible shame that she was alone and never had a chance to get married or have her children and I hope her fur baby is happily adopted somewhere she was not old at all, but perhaps she should have had a Life Alert “ I've fallen and I can't get up” necklace for emergencies that you never know can happen, just like people have OnStar in their cars for accident they hope they never have even if you are young, if you live alone, Anything could happen to you and you can sit there and for hours if not longer hoping someone will find you before you expire

Although her family claims to know what happened; none of do until the police finish their investigations. And ultimately we know that so many of us are in great pain. She wasn’t always depressed, she only went through that after her closest best friend died from cancer. The news gets information wrong misleading people sadly. She was loved 😢🙏

Her dad said it was likely related to co vid she was struggling to bounce back from. Yes she admitted depression but that’s not what investigators told him.
