Every morning I get up 2 hours before she does. I start the day taking a piss and brush my teeth, before I make coffee and relax with calm and quiet until the first hour passes. Then I get on the dumbells and get myself a little pump to start the day. I've done this for a while now, but let me tell you, it changed my life immediately once I started doing it. Not only am I staying in shape, I also see how my girl is respecting me more. Whenever I put my foot down before, we had fights about things. Nowadays she's kinda submissive, but not due to me making her submissive, but it seems that she's doing more to hold on to me. Also, don't let your girl keep male friends. It's a downhill slope. Get that into her head immediately. Like Steve says, a male friend is someone who's waiting for your girl to give them the opportunity. And no, I will never trust anyone 100%. I trust myself, cus my mind is the only mind I'm able to know 100%.

I love that he offered breakfast dates since he was coming home late most of the time. This is such a good idea . On my end I was just thinking “oh ok. If my husband gets home too late I could wear sexy lingerie or be naked more often”. I liked the fact that he took the initiative to organize things in the morning and not ask that his wife wear sexy stuff when he arrives . It’s great when we are all thinking about what we can do to solve the problem easily without putting the blame on our partner. You see! This is why I refuse to date a man who doesn’t educate himself on healthy relationships!

@@itsmidtrib1569 True, you have free will, but you're also a product of your environment. And let's be honest here your parents raised you religious didn't they? There's nothing abnormal with that, lots of people don't question the paradigms they were raised in, there's just nothing admirable about it either. Furthermore you didn't specify a Lord and that's interesting. Would you praise someone who believes in a different Lord? Or someone who believes in the same lord but worships a different way or believes he had different prophets? My point is essentially that if you follow through with all of the commands and statements made by literally any religious doctrine you could name to their logical conclusion they do not make sense at all.

My fiance brought his intentions onto the table straight up. We met online, and on our first online date he brought up his previous lifestyle to make it clear he wasn't looking to pretend he was a saint on the website (religious dating site) but that his new lifestyle in the Lord was what he was pursuing now. I really respected his honesty, and he was open from the get go of what his intentions were in dating/courtship, he was serious in looking for a good woman to settle down with, he had wasted a portion of his life and he wasn't going to do that anymore. Major fireworks and chemistry when we first met up in person for the both of us. And the second time I showed without makeup and he didn't 'notice' as in when I brought it up, he was like "you look the same, some women look like a whole different person, so you wear a good amount because without you still are the same person just less done up". (keeper lol) Always just so blunt and honest, the bluntness hurts sometimes but it all comes from a good place and it makes the nice things even more nice because there's no doubting that he truly means what he says :) Goodness, I can't wait to marry this man!!

They even had this surgery where you can get permanent make up. Some women can’t be without makeup.. for nothing. I’ve seen women where heels at 7 am and face full of makeup at Walmart. I agree. My ex was so mad when I tooked my wig off. After one year of being engaged he proposed after 30 days of us dating. He said he did not know I looked like that 😂. I said what that mean. He said put that wig back on 😂🤣. We both was laughing, then he kept starring at my at hair lol. When I got mad he said I scared him 😂. I was so upset. I put him out and called off the wedding. Do u know this fool begged me to take him back. We went to counseling and everything. And the counselor laughed too and j had to take my wig off I front of the male counselor he said it ain't that bad. But make a long story short. He got used to it and then started wanting me to wear my real hair more often since he got used to it. Then started to say I look better with natural hair. I end up leaving him after 4 1/2 years. Come to find out he was cheating on me since day one with multiple women

I pray that what you shared help someone to know what to look for when it comes to red flags. But that is not a funny story. Look for self love. Self love is key. You will not settle for just anything if you truly love and appreciate yourself.

How to stop comparing ourselves to others First of all we should know There is a postive comparing leads to working And There is a negative comparing leads to depression And every person is different And they can’t be a complete version ( copy ) of the other person * realizing that things are not as they seem * Someone could smile and happiness is not in his heart * You are not seeing the whole picture your only seeing the part that they are showing you * Stop following people’s news * Focus on what you did today So that you reach your goals in the future * You might get depressed just because someone posted a picture of themselves on paris here you will fall in to the comparing trap even though you don’t know how much hard work it took them to get to paris * So don’t follow people’s news * You are a different person * And your life is not connected to them * Re_program your self and say thank you * Being grateful to what you have makes you careless about what others have * Say thank you to the simplest things people do for you and you will be happy in your life

It goes both ways. And not all couples are the same. Some people love the companionship and the friendship they have with the person. They’re not looking for someone who is modeling lingerie for them every second. He makes it sound like he’s only with his wife for her looks. And I doubt that’s the case. I’m sure they’re also good friends and get along well too. If it’s just a physical attraction and nothing else then it won’t last.

Some men prefer the no make up look, just saying. A lot of Caribbean men are like that, they are ok with the make up, but they prefer, minimum (powder, lip gloss, eyeliner) or none at all. You know, I don't know if I can deal with all that, I like being myself & if you cannot handle knowing that when some women get home, they want to relax & take their make up off, well you know I don't have time to hold your hand to explain it to you. The woman probably has a particular skin routine. Like for me, I need to get that make up off otherwise I won't be able to see the next morning.

@@bridgetsmith5962 You are right. That, though, has got nothing to do with what he said, which was....honest.🤷‍♀️ Ask the men around you. You will hate the truth, but it doesnt care about your feelings

I'm just glad that I know that not _all_ men are as shallow as Mr. Harvey is supposing they are. I do acknowledge that most men (not "all" men as some identify as asexuals) have that primal urge to "hunt." But, perhaps what Mr. Harvey is disregarding is that different men hunt for different things. Yes, many men are caught up in a woman's physical appearance for the most part. But some men appreciate the woman they love for more than just her physical appearance, but also her mind, her soul, her heart. I know there are some men who think like Mr. Harvey and think I'm just being naïve, trying to be in "denial." BUT, I also know men out there, like my own FH, who appreciates me for more than my body - but also my mind. Sure, he might be attracted to my physical appearance. But, if he had found out after getting to know me that I was vapid, superficial, shallow, and dense, he would have lost interest in me right away. Also, I'm overweight. Sure, I might be pretty, but, I'm no Ms. Supermodel. That's not speaking low of myself, its just stating facts. So, I appreciate my FH for being more attracted to my mind and who I am as a person - because that means he's not objectifying me to merely something nice to look at and have sex with. More importantly, he appreciates me for who I am as a whole person. I'd rather be hunted by a man who appreciates all of who I am, and not merely chasing me because they "saw something shiny they liked that they wanted to chase" like a rabid dog. Yes, I get that we as humans still have basic, primal urges - but that doesn't mean there can't be more to us.
