It's homebrew time again! Penny has been gardening and decided to make a beer with sage from his herb garden.
To be fair, he grows loads of stuff and we're always looking for ways to use it. Why not put it into a beer!

Celeia - BarthHaas® Pure Hop Pellet - 50g
Goldings (East Kent Goldings) T90 Pellets - 30g
Mash
66c for 60 mins
75c for 10 mins
Boil
60 minutes - 30g East Kent Goldings
0 minutes - 50g Celeia
30g sage
