Inspired by the awesome Bells Brewery and their new low ABV lo-cal session beer Light Hearted.
Balanced, and incredibly easy drinking. Centennial and Galaxy hops result in citrus and pine aromas, while a variety of speciality malts help give Light Hearted its body and flavour.

THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 75
Additions and timing:
45 mins - 14g Centennial
30 mins - 14g Centennial
10 mins - 1tsp Irish moss (not included)
Secondary additions and timing:
Post Fermentation Dry hop day - 28g Centennial and 28g Galaxy - no longer than 7 days
Yeast: Yeast Bay Midwestern
Fermentation temperature/steps: 20c until FG achieved

This kit brews a 19-litre clone of Bells new best-selling Light Hearted. Enjoy all the benefits of a light beer and lower calories, aromatic, balanced, and incredibly easy-drinking. Centennial and Galaxy hops result in citrus and pine aromas, while a variety of speciality malts help give Light Hearted its body and flavour.
Note: if you are brewing this on a Grainfather G30 you will need to use the micro pipe work due to the total volume of grain being 3513g
