Troy Gomez, professional photographer and videographer from New Orleans Louisiana has been working to archive his own personal video collection. Mr. Gomez was the official photographer for the Louisiana Superdome from 1987 thru 2002 and also worked in the news industry for UPI New Orleans as well as with local news papers and magazines for many years.

First football game I ever remember watching as a kid
God the playcalling was even worse than Miles' last 3 years. Amazing James and Hilliard got anything accomplished.
Massey was my high school QB, great player.
1:51:43 A portable PC in a box, complete with printer, CRT monitor and floppy drives. The guy in the back seat was talking on a pre-cellular mobile phone, put to use for the modem. Followed by the spots for the two schools: LSU touting "A Confederacy of Dunces" and showing two logos, and Tulane with a New Orleans jazz background. The schools pronounced New Orleans differently, with New Or-lea-ns being the standard media pronunciation of the day.

This game was originally scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 19. Wasn’t moved to Thanksgiving until after the season began.

LMAO!!!! No kidding man. I do believe they jumped the gun with getting rid of Stovall. I mean he had a lot of talent on this team, they were just really young. Michael Brooks started as a true freshman, Dalton was a soph, Roland Barbay and Karl Wilson were soph's. A lot of the freshman and soph's from this team would be drafted into the NFL. But, expectations for that year were so high it was a catastrophe losing that many games.
Not this time Tulane. 🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯
