He used to be my favorite until he made a remark regarding "Negroe people not being able to swim" during an episode of the Superstars. That was when I was in my teens. I was in the coast guard and one of the rescue swimmers and drown proofing instructors was a "Negroe"

Very first football game I went to when I was 9. Thank you for taking me, MawMaw Anna Digby McNulty, late daughter of the Sugar Bowl founder and my great-grandfather, the late Fred Digby.

Back in the days when i thought a 5'10" 215 lb. Tyreese knox was like a big back they should use more. 1984-1987 they had a string of i-backs Doug Dubose, Paul Miles, Keith Jones that could absolutely fly, among the fastest few players ever at NU up to thst time (still), but they were smaller backs, they better have good line play, they weren't gonna break tackles. Looking back now, no wonder fullback Tom Rathman's senior year he had so much rushing yards.

Nebraska won 3 bowls against LSU (2 sugars, 1 orange) in a span of 5 years, Ironically the 2 sugars (in LSU's back yard) were blowouts and the one in the Orange (where Nebraska had their strongest team of the 3 games) was the closest.

What a lack of class by the LSU fans to boo Nebraska as they first come onto the field. And, then, all of the cheap shots at the end of plays by LSU players.
