Did you decide to document your journey?

Well my surgeon's office called and I'm scheduled for November 3rd! Little bummed about Thanksgiving, but then I remind myself that this will be my last obese, unhealthy Thanksgiving, and suddenly I am ALL GOOD. Thank you so much for your honesty and vulnerability during your journey. I have learned so much from you. The stuff I think is really important, but you can't get from the doctor.

Ugh you are the best doing these kinda videos! Truly you are. I have a question, now that you had the surgery is there anything different you would have had done naturally before the surgery? Like now that you have this experience what can you take from it to apply to ppl: (or to old self) trying to do it naturally? Do that make sense lol. I hope so. Also, the difference and your advice. Heyy thank youuu 💕! If I could go back I would definitely have started this skincare routine earlier and even added collagen into my diet daily so I could better prepare my skin . I did the things I do now before surgery but not as consistently as I do now. 💕

Great topic! I actually had a tummy tuck and lipo a couple years before my VSG surgery. Of course I wish it was the other way around! The good news is I don’t have major loose belly skin. I may get lipo in that area. I am definitely getting a breast lift! I was a 38 DDD, so the girls are hanging!! I did my consultation and thankfully a lift instead of a reduction will work for me! I’ll be 1 year post op November and plan to have my lift then!

Cold showers are also good for tightening your skin. Just rinse off in cooler water than you showered in.

Hello I just wanted to share with you I'm halfway through my 6 months process of seeing the surgeon and psychologist and nutritionist my insurance requires me to do my last appointment will be in December and I'm very excited to start my journey my mom has been successful for 7 years on her VSG journey I just want you to know I love your videos and how honesty you have been through your journey with the good bad and ugly you have been so open with us and I thank you I'm a little nervous but i know that is normal but I'm so ready to start my journey as well but you have been such an inspiration to me and I thank you so very much

Your video is very inspiring! I came across your channel because I typed in how to hide loose skin. I didn’t have surgery but lost a lot of weight in a short period of time and I have loose skin/fat pockets in the same area you do. I admire your self confidence because I’m the complete opposite. I’m so bothered by my loose skin but I sorta fear have surgery to repair or tighten it. I too like to wear my arms out but it’s embarrassing when I go to grab my toddler or point or just do something with my arm and I see peoples reactions I immediately draw back in shame. 😞 I espcly am uncomfortable during intimacy with my husband. 😣 Thanks for sharing your journey. I feel my arms, legs and boobs will look the same and I will be getting my arms and boobs done as well but let me tell you something. If my stomach look as good as yours ain’t nobody gonna be able to tell me NOTHING!!!! Baby your stomach looks good!!!!! I didn’t have weight loss surgery just trying to do it on my own but I might consider surgery for weight loss.

Hi girl I used to have rubbing thighs and still do. My suggestion always always wear pants even PJ’s and with dresses wear support tights. My thighs have gotten much lighter. Ambi is ok but protect your skin with clothing.

May i ask when you decided to start working out? Was it when you were initially cleared to workout out or later on?

I’ve honestly only worked out like 3 times since surgery . I was cleared to work out after 1 month post op though.

I do not endorse nor sell this product I'm simply a client..it works for every part of the body even the neck and face and can help with hair loss..there are alot of video tutorials as well..it also detoxifies from the inside out

May I add 2 things to include a retinol body lotion or body wash at night 1-2x’s a week and a coq10 lotion and or supplement. Do not use the retinol the same day you are exfoliating.

How did you get the insurance pay for it?

Your the first person I see that also has the boil/pimples between there thighs. For me it’s a big insecurity. Once I lose all the weight I really want them to remove it.

For the pocket skin trampolín exercise is a good thing to do due to gravity this is my opinion I’m not a doctor not a nurse but is just an innocent idea I might be wrong
