I bought it to help get rid of my surgery scars but I honestly don’t use them . I just let the scars be there it doesn’t bother me 💕

Another must have is the hydro jug!!! You buy the sleeves separately but they are great. They are 70 oz i believe, fill it up so u don't have to constantly keep refilling. Get that water in

It’s going better now ! The stall was horrible but now I understand how my body works and am not that stressed by stalls anymore

I am so glad your surgery went well. You look great. I have two questions, will you always have to take calcium pills because of the s surgery? and are you experiencing any hair thinning because of the surgery??? I can't wait to get my surgery date and i have a hernia so i hope they can fix it all at the same time.
