  I have my surgery in 5 days One month before my 50th BIRTHDAY I am emotional 😭 Not sure if I’m premenopausal or going through grief of just surrendering to this dramatic life change. I’ve never done anything for MYSELF. 6 kids married to an amazing Husband yet can’t stop crying. But excited at the same time. Please keep me in prayer.   Did you consider lipo vs arm lift? What info were you given about the two if so.

  I think lipo wouldnt fix the sagging skin

  Lipo only removes fat/tissue whereas the brachioplasty removes fat/tissue and the extra skin so if you just get the lipo, you’re left with more hanging skin.

  I lost my 80lbs via Keto IF so I’m only asking this because I do not know the answer. Post bariatric surgery you can eat that much food? Or, do you order a bunch of dishes and just eat a little bit of each and take the rest home? Even though I didn’t have surgery, I find that if I overeat, I feel physically uncomfortable and nauseous now and I thought it was the same for those who had surgery. DO NOT GET ME WRONG, I AM NOT JUDGING THE AMOUNT OF FOOD. In a way I sometimes miss “an emotional overeating session” every know and then just for stress release, but my body just can’t handle it and there is also no stress release.

  I cannot eat all of the food that’s the joke here. The title says I’m the to go plate queen because I can never finish what I order. I just take it home and have left overs for days

  You may not see this, but thank you so much for posting this. It was so informative. I was supposed to have VSG on Monday, July 29, but I've come down with a nasty cold. So, I've had to postpone it. I'm excited to follow you for the rest of your journey. I thought you were beautiful, even in the hospital. And your hubby is so sweet. ❤

  I just listened few youtube videos mentioned if someone has big body, it's better to lose weight with calorie deficit, intermittent fasting and exercise. These can less risk for having loose skin
