Congratulations, I’m in the process where I’m checking every thing off to get to the pre op appointment. I’m almost done with my check list. Just had my appointment with the psychologist, and did the cardiologist already. Now my Nutrition class then. Wait for my appointment for pre op. And losing weight in the process. Already loss 18 lbs. And go to Aquatic therapy twice a week. It’s a water tank treadmill and you walk for 30 minutes now I’m doing an hour. I started it was 30 minutes. Now this week hour. An a hour walking in tank you walk a mile. The reason also help with my left knee have osteoarthritis. Don’t have no cartridges in left knee. So the therapy helps too. And you also lose 3 lbs every time I do the therapy. And eating my small portions. No sodas. No sweets. Doing okay. So far. Thanks to your videos. They help. Give me the determination. Thank you. Appreciate your videos alot. Blessings to you and your family.💕😊Keep your videos going. They are helpful and inspiring.

Congratulations!! I just want to say to those who DON'T normally have a period. I haven't had one in 3 years and since my surgery, I have had one and not sure if it's due to the anesthesia messing with meds or just because my surgeon said "Once you have the surgery you'll be more fertile." Congrats to the people in the comments who are about the start or have started their journey.

Congratulations! Thanks for your videos. Constipation is absolutely one of my problems as well. I’m 2.5 months out my surgery and I’ve lost only 25 pounds. I feel I’m going very slow and that makes me kind of worried.

I’m 3 months out now and the constipation has definitely gotten way better so there is hope ! And loosing slow isn’t always a bad thing , I know we want to see the pounds coming off fast but loosing slower can help with skin elasticity so there is positives to it ! 💕
