I then I kicked the family jewels and he fell down. Evidently I dropped something and he was returning it. He understood after I told him that I woke up at 3 AM and there were 3 men in my bedroom 😫

How amazing I just looked at this property online yesterday! FUN FACT: S2 E10 - of I Love Lucy, when Ethel asked Lucy what happened to her other shoe. She says "in the doorway of the lady at ### East 69th street". So I looked it up and I love that they converted the lower unit into a garage. I only wished I could see what the building would have looked like in the early 1950's when Lucy referenced it. It was built in the late 1880's.

I actually like the art, “especially in to the light” but I wouldn’t go higher than $2000. I have no idea who the artist is but I love the style.

Wow. I doormanned the building across the street from this place during the height of COVID. I used to bike to work all the time. Nice people for the most part in the area. Used to see all the nurses and doctors heading to and from the train at that 72nd St station making their way across to 1st Ave and York.

I think a housing crash will happen because all those people who bought homes over asking price, although it was at a low interest rate, they are over their heads. They have no equity if the housing prices continue to go down, and if for whatever reason they cannot afford the house anymore and it goes into foreclosure because even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I think this will happen to a lot of people especially with the massive layoff predicted for the future and the cost of living rising at a high speed.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This NYC town house is just one of many amazing hidden gems that are hidden in the city very luxurious ✨✨✨

I will never have that type of money, and that's totally okay, but thisbis probably the first time where I was like "yeah - that place is a good price and worth it for the area, size, detail, and Panda Express (...jk) alone." Also totally love the artists humor

That first floor would be nothing but storage. Don’t know if I need an office in that area when I would have six bedrooms to pick from. This was a really cool property, thanks for showing it!

LOVE this home!❤ LOVE the Bathrooms - like the kitchen and the top floor area is really nice, as well. Total Pizza Addict here so being able to walk to MULTIPLE different NY Pizzerias would be a DREAM!!!😆

Love watching your videos and seeing the wide range of housing in NYC. But I have an anxiety attack every time I see a window that opens with no screen. I can picture my curious cats plummeting down to the sidewalk or a busy street. Even if they landed on their feet, it wouldn’t be pretty.

Generally, if I wanted to spend $7 million… I would buy an incredible house with a whole bunch of land. But, I have to say that I love this place. i’m actually saving this video, for the day that I have a place built. Because I’m going to be copying quite a bit from this unit. Simply amazing. I don’t think they’re going to have any problem selling that very quickly. I think any Broadway/Hollywood actor/Director would eat that place up in a second. Considering Adam Sandler paid what? $100 million for his Trump Tower Place, which I’m sure it is gorgeous and huge… But he could’ve saved $93 million and bought this place. LoL.

Adam is not your normal Hollywood person. He is the same person he was before he got famous and rich. He just has a more carefree lifestyle, though I don’t even think that’s true, because of all the movies that he still writes, produces and stars in. Not to mention his kids and his beautiful wife and his family. he is a good example of a rounded good human being. Guaranteed, if he’s in New York at his place… You could find him walking around. Just look for a guy eating a jar of pickles or go to one of the basketball courts near his building, and you will probably find him at some point during the day.

This is a very unique artistic townhouse. This townhouse can be converted into a museum with different galleries. I like the high-quality kitchen, all the fireplaces and the outdoor spaces. I didn't see the laundry room though.

Well it certainly is interesting to see how the other half lives however, the general public would never be able to afford a place like this and I highly doubt that anyone who could afford it would be checking out KZread to find a place to live! Love that big red oven though, I can just see me heating up my little cornish hen in it 🤣😂

The area is home to quite a few “big” hospitals. Maybe a seasoned doctor/surgeon could enjoy. The Patsy’s is meh, Lil Beet is great and the locals love the Panda Express 😂

I sat here for a good minute and looked at some of them paintings especially the tiger one the amount of things in that makes me want to keep looking lol usually when you notice a few things then a couple hidden things there are even more things basically a painting thats meant to have something new every time you look at it

It baffles me how people would spend 7 mil on something like this.

Re: the 'joys' of glass-enclosed showers! I was reading an article where this couple wanted a designer to re-do their bath-room. She insisted that they should have a glass-enclosed shower. With a couple of small kids, they were very hesitant. They went along with the design.
