This is spiritual bypass. It's not a simple matter of us "causing" ourselves to not be happy and "demanding" this or that from life. The golden ticket to spiritual enlightenment is the practice of cultivating unconditional and unwavering self-compassion.

I am reading untethered mind now. It hit me so much. I am Korean and am not used English. But I am reading it in English not translated into Korean because I want to feel the sprit from him. So deeply moved. Thanks. 감사합니다.

One who always speaks as seen or heard without being selfish has surrendered himself and such one is dearest to Brahm/ Supreme Power but it is as simple as it is extremely difficult.Let us be honest towards spouse towards strangers and this is greatest instrument for Self Realisation.Satyam vad,Dharmam char(Rigved) meaning speak truth and then follow right path.That suggests speaking truth and always is precondition to righteousness.

How do I Surrender, the Loneliness feels unbearable?

To feel the lonliness that is there rather than not trying to feel it is the surrender. You don't fight against reality as you surrender. Probably there is a lot of sadness in or under the lonliness, which you will need to grieve. If this is too hard to do on your own, you have to surrender to that limitation and humbly search for help/guidance. I have had a massive feeling of lonliness. No more so. Just a warm open heart and piece of mind. Blessings

I keep watching more and more of his videos and I love and hate him at the same time :). He is denying something so fundamental and I don't know why. People build their perceptions from childhood and are codistioned to learned things, not by choice, it simplyhappens and he says we "collect bad expereinces" NO NO NO NO NO. We don't collect anything, so many of us have bad experiences as children and we don't know how to handle it, we don't know what to do because we are small innocent children, and so we don't choose to collect it, it stays with us until we are brave enough to try and help ourselves and it greatly bothers me that he does not address this at all. There is something fundamentally stupid about so many people and whatever good intentions he has he, right now he is being an idiot by not adressing someting so basic and important

It’s more about being present as we do our job/chores and not reacting/emotions with what comes our way. It’s about being in each moment as we live our lives.

I'd just like to be able to pay for my living expenses and medication I need to be able to breathe. There's only so much I can do to work on myself when the world not only systematically discriminates but people also consciously and unconsciously discriminate against me and ostracize me. What lottery is living in my own personal torture cell in hell as an autistic and ADHD person, I've spent decades masking and being gaslit before I found out why I am an alien surrounded by humans. I've done everything I can, and it's somehow still not enough. I can't find a aingle way to make money that doesn't destroy my health, the health I've slowly managed to claw back after being burnt out. Yet, as always, these guys spouting this stuff are always very privileged and abled. I can't trust the universe to look after my needs or to give me direction, it would have done it already if surrendering and trusting was all it took.

We know its all our fault. Do the teachings ever get to how we learn to open up and release ?????!!!!!!
