I’m sooo thankful for your teaching, Michael!!! I practice relaxing and releasing every day, every moment, when I’m not okay inside and three weeks later, after practicing consciously I actually gain energy to live every moment with eyes of a child! I finally understand how Life unfolds in front of me and how I’m respectful honoring every moment! I really love you❤

I’d like to offer a suggestion which might be helpful to some people… I totally love this pathway of rising above our conditioned emotional reactions; it is what we’re here to do. And, I’d like to suggest the possibility of being compassionate toward ourselves, regarding the stucknesses that we have. Then rather than turning away from the emotion, we can turn toward it, gradually recognizing and finding the patterns subconsciously stored within. We have to refuse to believe that Anything in our current experiences is causing our emotion! Let go of all the reasons and justification for the feeling. Just say, “Oh there it is again.” Then, later, when you have time, come back to that intense feeling and BE with it, recognizing it’s been with you your whole life!! Rather than turning away from it, feel it deeply… But without any attention to what caused it or why you had it. In this way, we complete our unfinished business, what we came here to heal. We don’t kill the messengers; the current situation had nothing to do with it. These emotions only come up because we’re ready to heal them. Thank you so much, Michael for identifying the work we are here to do! It surely. opens the pathway to joyful living that you describe so beautifully!

What he says is mostly comforting, but undigestible to a lot of people who are activley struggling. Its very hard to tell yourself "there are no problems" and "I'm small and insignificant" when you're hungry, cold, in poverty ect.

Look up Aboriginal Dreamtime Healing using Holographic Kinetics. It’s healing at the spirit level and is amazing for clearing old patterns and habits. You won’t regret having a session. It’s helped me heal at such a deep level. Even better to take the course if you can. The knowledge Steve is teaching is next level and life changing.

That's what's supposed to be happening ❤ When it comes up, just breathe through it. That's what allows it to pass. It can be hard and intense at times but you can do this! If you couldn't handle it, it wouldn't have come back up. Your mind wants to purge it all. Just breathe. You're doing great 🙏🏾

I'd love this guy to experience what it is to have grown up undiagnosed neurodivergent and being constantly burnt out while trying to do what everyone else can do with zero effort then being told that you're wasting your potential or not trying hard enough or being lazy, and then try cognitive behaviour therapy to have a positive mindset even though you were the positive one until everyone beat you up and for CBT ended up just gaslighting yourself in lieu of everyone else gaslighting you. I'd love life to be easy, yet I'm permanently on hard mode with no way out.

You're not your experiences. You're much more than that. Find the stillness that is w/in you. And fall into it. IOW, spend time w/ your true self. The part of you who knows truth when you hear it. Spend time w/ that self. Then you'll automatically let go of who you arent.

@@Kintsugi979 🤦 of course. What do you think I've been doing for the last decade and yet, here I still am after receiving zero guidance, regardless of how much inner work I've done, having nothing go my way, and about to lose my home with zero supports and no options to make income. That doesn't change that life for me is absurdly hard, that society would rather I just died, that they resent I exist. You cannot do enough individual development to bypass systematic discrimination. Oh look, poor little asthmatic struggling to breathe. Just breathe. There's all this air here! 🤦🤦🤦🙄🙄🙄.
