This is your chance to bake a dessert for your moms on Mother's Day with our Lemon Bars Recipe.
It is my first try to bake this and I'm happy with the result. It may be a little too sweet for your moms but you can adjust the level of sweetness. This is best paired with coffee or tea.

Try our Lemon Bars Recipe and you will love it!
*Kindly refer to the video for the Ingredients.
*Procedure:
1. Prepare the crust. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
2. After baking, let it cool.
3. Make the lemon filling. Adjust the sugar to a half cup if you prefer not too sweet.
4. Pour over the cooled crust. Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
5. Let it cool at room temperature for an hour then refrigerate it for another hour.
6. After an hour, remove it from the refrigerator and cut it into squares.
7. Dust it with confectioner's sugar.
8. Serve with coffee or tea. Enjoy!
