We harvested saba bananas from our tree so we thought of Making Banana Chips at Home.
There are so many ways to do with saba bananas. This is the first time we have used it with the unripe ones.

*Ingredients: unripe saba bananas; water, white sugar, salt; cooking oil
*Procedure:
1. Peel the bananas.
2. Use a food processor to slice.
3. Make the sugar syrup.
4. Cook the sliced bananas. Drain.
5. Coat with the sugar syrup.
6. Cook again until crispy and golden.
