Let's have an easy recipe for UBE Champorado, the SARAPlicious version.
I was curious how it tasted so I tried making it. Even without ube halaya, these two primary ingredients {ube condensed milk & ube flavoring}, made up for the ube taste which is truly SARAPlicious!

*Procedure:
1. Wash and Rinse the glutinous rice.
2. Add water and stir. Let it boil.
3. When the rice is cooked, add ube condensed milk, ube flavoring, and a pinch of salt.
4. When the desired consistency is reached, turn off the heat.
5. Serve in a bowl with milk. Enjoy!
