I made this for our Noche Buena. Here's our Easy Buko Pandan Salad.
I ordered buko for Dec. 23 and the guy I spoke with did not deliver. So my husband went to the market on the 24th to find coconut. Luckily, he was able to buy two coconuts, put the juice in the container, and shred the coconut into strips.

*Procedure:
1. Cook the pandan jelly and keep it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Make the creamy sauce using all-purpose cream and condensed milk.
3. Combine the shredded coconut and pandan jelly. Mix well.
4. Chill or freeze until ready to eat.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
