Konstantin Samoilov - Floods, Mobilisation and Terror Unleashed in Russia- A Perfect Storm of Trauma

Welcome to our monthly conversation with Konstantin, who is one of the most respected voices on KZread about what is happening Inside Russia. Konstantin Samoilov is a well-known KZreadr whose channel ‘Inside Russia’ comments insightfully on Russia’s decent into authoritarianism over the last few years. But now, like many others, he’s outside Russia, with no idea of when he can return there.

00:31:02 As Putin runs out of people to mobilise he may look towards Kazakhstan
00:40:28 How the regime uses databases to identify critics and send them to the front

Thanks Jonathan. I really value your conversations with Konstantin. Although I follow him on his Inside Russia channel it is always illuminating to hear both of you together. His grief for the "loss" of his homeland has been a sad story to witness over the last few years. His humility, his humour and above all his empathy has helped lead him to his accurate tho heart-breaking understanding of all that is happening. Empathy being the very thing which he so accurately observes is diminishing in his countrymen. Thankyou Jonathan for profiling him on your show and thank you for doing such great work for Ukraine.🌻 Sending love and support from Canberra Australia 🌏🌎🌍❤️🇺🇦

I believe it was 24 million soldiers lives were lost and between 8 and 10 million citizens of Soviet Union. Germany lost 5.5 million soldiers and 6+ million citizens. More than half of Europe gave up without fighting Germany so there was no loss of life for German troops. Also Germany was prepared with trained military and advanced weapons. That was not the case when Germany came thru Ukraine to invade Soviet Union. SU had little time to prepare and thus were ill trained and without weapons. It took several years until they were able to be on equal status as German troops.

Yeah, there's a huge businessman streak in him and I mistrusted him for some time. Still take his info with a pinch of salt. But he's consistent. And his prayers after the Crocus CH attack convinced me he isn't in it just for the money, he genuinely cares, and about Ukrainians, too. Being a long-time and, hopefully, caring Christian myself, I recognized a genuine prayer. Something like that just isn't possible to stage and pretend.

Always interesting to hear how the jigsaw pieces fit together (or not..). The U.S nervousness about a hike in oil prices is just a rather distressing indicator of the extraordinary self-interest that permeates the House and the Senate. Follow the money…SLAVA UKRAINI! ❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️

@mickigarvey7608 Defense policy of the U.S.A. in the short term is controlled by the Commander-in-Chief, namely the President. Only over the longer term is defense policy highly influenced by the U.S.A. Congress which holds the purse string for any defense spending as well as the legislated allocation for different purposes. It's criminal to cross allocation boundaries. For example, if the U.S.A. the munitions for fighting Red China doesn't mean that we the Columbians on Turtle Island can send them to Ukraine, unless Congress changes the allocation. By and large, our Democrats don't know how to govern and our Republicans prefer to convert public revenue into private profits. Both love to subvert public policies for "campaign contributions."

  • @TSZatoichi

The thing that everyone seems to miss about the US asking Ukraine to stop hitting Russian refining facilities is what would happen to US funding to Ukraine if Republicans were to regain power in Washington. It's in Ukraine's better interest to do whatever they can to ensure Democrats win the majority in DC this November, I don't like it either, but if Trump wins the Presidency because people are angry about the price of gasoline, Ukraine will have to hope the EU is ready to dump $250B into Ukraine in the next couple of years because they'll get nothing from the US.

@@Bob-nd2mr -- Russia is far from the first country to do this. What do you think CBDC's are? It is control of your finances and thus the other areas of your life. Without money you can't buy food, transportation or anything. Some countries have given up passports because the Digital ID# data base has all information about every person from birth to death. They are now beginning to outlaw back-yard gardens so you won't be able to grown your own food either. The FedNow program in USA is ready to go. Europe and England the same. But they need a Digital ID# which consists of fingerprints and retina scan. Almost every country currently has facial recognition. Look at the camera's on the streets and at intersections. All these governments need is a "black swan" event, which will scare the population so much, they willingly line up for a Digital ID#. Just the same way 80+% of the population allowed the jab based upon propaganda which frightened people to believe they would be killing "Granny" if you didn't get the jab. Turns out it is not a "vaccination" at all. It is Genetically Modified Organisms of which it is so experimental no one knows the extent of the damage it will do to the human body. Almost every gov't in the Northern Hemisphere regulated lock downs and jabs which will forever change our bodies and our life expectancy. Hackers are not going to be able to help... Only individuals uniting together, as millions, may be able to stop this Davos WEF Plan!
