Hi there Cody, I'm curious if you have anything to say about trying to keep up with any type of fitness when starting any type of anxiety/antidepressant medications? On the lines of how to work through the beginning side effects or just go easy on ourselves until we're more used to the medication(s)? S'okay if you don't want to say anything about the subject, just curious since you're one of the very few I know that is so fit and have been down the depression/anxiety brick road. Happy first day of May! 🌞

Hey there! Great question! Might even make this a podcast topic at some point but basically it is okay to give yourself some grace as you adjust to the medication. We all process meds differently so you never know which side effects might impact you but do the best you can and if you need to go easy or take extra rest days, thats okay!

Hey so I know this is off topic but I’ve been keeping up with your fitness journey and competition plans. I was just hoping to get your opinion. I am a cis male who is getting gyno surgery but since mine is grade 4 I have to get the mastectomy so it doesn’t have saggy skin after. I was wondering if you think I’d still be able to build a good physique and I plan on staying fully natural. Any advice or tips would help! Great video by the way!

Hey there! Sorry to hear that but the good news is yes! You can definitely still build a great physique even if you have gyno surgery :)
