    Spirituality is entirely different to the fixed indoctrination that happens with religion. Also over focus on external looks can lead to a path of inner health problems later on. It’s important to choose arteries over abs

    Therapists are definitely helpful! I hope you are able to find a good fit! It might take a few tries to find one that you connect with so just a heads up to not feel discouraged if it takes a bit!
