This is probably the most accurate and important comment here. All the laws, regulations, paperwork and fees and taxes that go along with all that, for what? Our lives are an endless stream of paperwork, admin, rules and payments, apparently to protect us and help society run smoothly but these videos just prove you can ignore all of it and get away with it. Not only that but you can call the police and engage with the courts and local government as well and still get your way. What's the point? The county and state in this case is essentially telling its citizens they can move their fences where they want onto other people's property, trespass, threaten their neighbors and commit vandalism with no immediate consequences.

But then something snapped in her and everything went south. So I would say that yes, she used to have good in her but her heart is sadly tainted now. A despondent life.

You have an EXCELLENT demeanor when dealing with nasty people! Calm, collected and reasonable. Most people let it get to them and they do something back that's stupid that can mess things up in court. Spraying the water was ALMOST there, but she stopped. Why is she even pulling up your yard? I live in a rural area in MI. Some houses are more than a mile apart. Property lines are marked with concrete markers buried in the ground. A large oak tree (30 inch base) got blown partially over on my property. I see my neighbor over on my property looking at the tree. This tree is 100% on my property and only 5ft from the property maker defining my property from the neighbors. Neighbors name is George a descent dude. I walk out with a couple of beers to where George and the tree are and hand beer off to George while greeting him. Need to throw in here we both have pole barns and heat them with wood. George says do you think this tree is on your property or my property. I point to the property marker 6 or 7 feet away and say clearly it's on my property and if continues to fall it will even fall on my property. George didn't like my answer - it wasn't what he wanted to hear. You could see his demeanor, attitude, and body language change. He says are you going to make me get a surveyor out here to claim rights to this tree. I said no. I'm going to tell you if you keep your attitude up I will have you trespassed. Any person in their right mind can clearly see it is on my property. You would think I commited robbery against him, had sex with his wife, raped his daughter, or shot his dog. I cleaned up the tree. I cut it up and split it for fire wood to heat my polebarn during winter. This was a live tree when it was cut down. Firewood especially hardwood needs to season (dry out) a couple of years before burning to get good heat out of it. So good old George didn't talk to me for a couple of years, not even a friendly wave if we passed each other in town or on the street. So oneday I load my tractor and trailer up with half the wood from that oak tree all split and ready to burn and brought it to George. Now George waves to me when he sees me, but I will never bring him another one of my beers to share with him again. He ruined that!!!

I live in a condo in Florida my neighbors don't give a damn they leave trash on their lawn take forever to cut the grass and parks their vehicle in the grass which damaged half of my grass I'm a renter not a owner but still I would like to see nice landscape when I come out

Watching this I actually feel sorry for her. It really does look like she has dementia. I would actually be more angry at the people that charged her $3500 for the fence when they were told there was a dispute. She may be crazy and she may believe she's right. They should know better. Also, I realize you're frustrated but this last one really seemed like you were egging her on. You need to walk away until the court settles it. Although I must admit, when her camera was telling you to smile all day... I would've bought a wind sock or something like one of those dancing balloons you see at car dealerships and turned it on every time I left the house. So they could listen to the camera all day when you're out. I guess my petty meter is pretty bad.

Yes, exactly. Take the fence contractor to small claims court because they continued to erect the fence in the wrong location even AFTER being told they were in the wrong place. Any reputable contractor would have stopped work until the lot line issue was resolved.

A reputable fence company would have verified the property lines first and made sure the adjacent land owners agreed - before starting. I think that fence was just thrown up by a couple of guys they ran into at Walmart and if they paid more than $300 they were ripped off.

I just went to your channel and there you are you and Karen snuggled up cheek to cheek in better times. Amazing how this disintegrated so badly.

When I first started to watch your channel, it was a random recommend. But since that time, I've become over-acquainted with dementia. I believe that her hubby knows she's not right, based on the exasperated patience in his voice as he insists she goes inside. My father is 82, and he suggested 8 years ago that we buy a house together, so that he would have family with him as he got old and infirm. The house was to be mine when he no longer had any use for it. Then the anger and the rage and the scapegoating started up. The forgetting. Best I can figure it out is that my father (and likely your neighbor) knows things aren't right, and there's an impotent anger when you know something you value deeply is broken. You want to blame others for the deficiency, and you believe that if you can eliminate those folks from your life who are "to blame" for it, you can reclaim that bit of you that is broken. Only the problem is that the rage is really aimed at the wrong party. There is only the broken brain, and there is no way to fix it. And as the memory turns to swiss cheese, any and all petty annoyances felt over the years end up consolidating into a mucky mess that is so much easier to focus on than what is wrong within. The sad thing is that I believe you did have a loving neighborly relationship. Not perfect, because nothing is perfect, but you had a caring relationship, and as part of that you both know more about each other's business... which gives her anger something to focus on. My father continues to go through bouts of anger and rage. Despite the fact that this is to be my place when he passes on, and despite the fact that we've paid all the taxes, all the utilities, and supported him in his needs for eight years, he's trying to evict us ... on his bad days. Good luck with your neighbor. I'd suggest that like the poison of a marriage gone bad, she knows enough about you to say the most hurtful things, and it's not truly personal. Looks like on this day she was absolutely livid with what was missing from within her head.

He's doing things the right way, handling it through the courts and documenting every single one of her trespasses. Patience and a calm, quiet demeanor wins out in the end, and it looks far better to the judge.

You’re going to regret not resolving this. Think about this scenario; she hires a contractor to work on the fence and while there (on your property remember) accidentally touches a metal pole to the power line electrocuting himself. I guarantee she will tell that contractors heirs it’s actually your property… “what are the odds of that happening?”

It's called Dementia and antagonizing her is not going to help. They become stronger and meaner once the disease takes over she will no longer be able to do anything.. She's in the middle stages. He better be careful how he treat a sick minded person. YAH will not be pleased. Dementia patients really can't help it. My granny passed from it. She was never mean or cursed until she developed that disease it's a sad thing to watch.❤

He threw personal stuff in her face as well. My thing is why antagonize this elderly lady. This woman 80 yrs old and her mind is going. It's very clear by the way she's moving,,cursing, combative that she is in stages of Dementia. He should try learning what that is and she would be a lot easier to deal with. Dementia is a horrible mental disease. They were friends then she begin to change he said, because her mind is being eaten by a disease. She can't help it especially if no one is getting her help for it

If the fence is encroaching on your property line then sue her. One day she won't argue but will go to the next step... And it will be horrific.

I do believe you could get a gofundme account and get enough to hire a surveyor and a good lawyer. I'm in. Best of luck to you.

@redzot I know the type, her mind is very rooted in vulgar things. My previous neighbor's Mom had Alzheimers and hated him who she lives with but praised the daughter. She hated his 5yr old too and with that same vulgar ratchet behavior would call him a pedophile and claim rape. They are from the streets and go back and stay in that zone or they wouldn't express themselves. No excuses for her but she seems fixated and like I said in another comment, she needs Jesus or no hope.

What is hilarious is when her husband told her to come back in the house lmaooooo.Notice her husband went back in the house because he could clearly see that nothing was wrong lmaooooo.I personally feel sorry for the husband more than her neighbor lmaoooooo

@Malfunction Junction well nvm my neighbor the realtor that sold us our house is in deep shit. My daughter got lead poisoning and my neighbor being funny with his leaf blower and riding mower is fd. My daughter's doctor went above the state and the feds are now involved, because her and mom had to live out of the house for 5 months, I had to pay out of pocket and had cps trying to take my daughter the realtor lied in the paperwork saying there was nothing hazardous lead paint in the house and in the soil. My daughter almost died. Her doctor made calls, all of a sudden the city and everyone you can think of are calling us nonstop. Realtor is getting sued, ahole neighbor is fd and, the state has something coming. My daughters pediatrician is the one that got the feds involved. We aren't even from here. He's been awesome when these people are coming at us, asked for permission to go to the news. The state gets funding for people like us going through that.they said they had no money, I had to pat a mortgage and rent for 5 months. Then had to quit my job because of lead on the railroad

I’m waiting for her to run in the house like she stated in court. She has a mental health problem. If she would quit using cuss words in her conversation, her conversation would be reduced by 60%or more. 😁
