I just saw the Neighbourhood Wars episode and it was great. Well explained, where you came off as being rational and she was the crazy one, spot on.

Her lawyer is of the same quality as the guys she hired to install the fence. He only talked to you to see if he could get a reaction. Nice job playing it cool.

Sorry to hear about your Dad and Uncle. I lost my Dad and my Uncle not too long ago, they were brothers and both made it to 80. I really hope you get some sort of satisfaction when that fence gets moved. And it will get moved. Encroachment needs to be stopped in its tracks. Best

I love how they park perfectly behind the bushes to hide the cars. I think he is using a property line app on his phone. I also enjoy him looking at every camera and then photographing it.

Hey Red. We are in Australia. Some 25 years ago our awful & difficult neighbours did something very similar erecting a fence which was on our property. This took place whilst we were away. They refused to move it onto the property line. My Dad was furious. As such we had it surveyed & concreted in fence poles with quick drying concrete/cement whilst the surveyors were here at our property. These large poles were of course about 7-8 foot on the other side of their illegal fence. My Dad then organised for a solid wooden fence to be put up - attached to the poles two days later. The neighbours illegal fence was then clearly on our property & on our side of our new fence. We gave them 14 days (in writing) to remove their illegal fence. If it was not removed we threatened to pull it down & take it to the tip/dump. They removed it quick smart. This was such an ideal solution. All we did was fence our surveyed boundary. Perhaps you should consider doing the same. Kindest regards.

There was a survey done. The neighbour put the fence up right after the monument pegs were put in by the surveyor. She still put the fence up on his side

So the timeline adds up that it was her attorney. I spoke to my attorney today apparently he called to see if he could have the whole thing dropped just before all this activity started

First of all, my condolences on your multiple losses. When we lose a family member, especially a parent, things seem to grind to a halt for a while. Things like fences have to be put on hold. After watching this video, my best guess is that this dude is like a nephew or something (if he was a son, I think you would know him). He seems pretty chill. The whole scene seems chill, I mean the grass is cut, things are turning green with spring, everything seems neat and clean, and I know this is not helping you, but still trying to figure out what happens next. My best guess is that he pulls his car up to the mailbox trying to figure out where the property line is, but we all know that has been determined by the surveyor. I will keep some of my thoughts to myself at this time regarding your neighbor in the interest of peace and love and any emails you might have to bring to court. Keep us posted.

I feel for ya Red! We’ve had our neighbour for almost 16 years. In the beginning it was great and we hung out all the time. Then in 2011 his tree fell on our yard and landed on our car. He refused to pay for damages and everything went to hell after that. It’s been non stop since then. We’ve called the police about 30 times in those years. Everything from driving in my yard with mini bikes to threatening to shoot my dogs. In 2021 we got a survey and he attacked the surveyor. In 2022 we had saved up to build our fence and he called the police on us for building it on our property. Turns out half his driveway is on my property! 😂 We went thru our lawyers to grant him restricted access to that portion to access his property, but he’s not allowed to block it or alter it in any way. And we can withdraw permission at any time. In winter of 2023 he was plowing and backed into our fence breaking a post right out of the ground and taking two panels with it. We couldn’t fix it until spring. He refused to pay for damages again. It was relatively quiet since then. Until he saw us at the gas station getting fuel for the motorcycles. He casually pulls up beside us yelling some BS about disability paying for my motorcycle 😡. FYI yes I’m on disability but I have a disability pension from my employer that I was with for 12 years and my uncle passed away recently and I used my inheritance to buy my bike. He’s just an a$$hole with nothing better to do than harass us. Ok rant over! 🤣

16:29 mark...props to the Postmaster General who came by, took pictures of Joanne's/Jack's little wannabe-blocker white SUV and told Joanne they would NOT be receiving their mail deliveries IF they continued blocking their GOOD next door neighbors' mailbox access like that. The word is that Joanne's brain got so HOT so FAST over that bad news and threat that her brain instantly made enough STEAM (seen shooting from both of her ears) to power 1/2 of Clarksville, Tennessee for two full weeks! All I can say is that I wish I could have seen THAT! Lol

The thing for MOST of us who've been following the whole SAGA of your neighbors TURNING ON YOU, doing whatever THEY wanted, just plain doing WRONG, being NASTY and HARASSING toward you and outright STEALING your property just because they wanted it FOR THEMSELVES...it is the principle of the thing that matters to us (and likely you as well). We strongly believe in the concept of right is right and wrong is wrong, period. And just TAKING someone else's property and being a bully, a nuisance and a threat to someone before and after doing so...IS 100% UNACCEPTIBLE CONDUCT in America! We all feel very strongly about that in ALL situations similar to this, even when it is not OUR property nor a direct AFFECT on us. We want YOU and JUSTICE to prevail, absolutely! ;)

I am so sorry for the losses you have endured over the last several months. I just came across your channel the other day and binge watched quite a few of the videos. My favorite one is the Wasting Water. I laughed until I cried when the car alarm kept going off. I can't imagine why she would continue knowing the car alarm was going to go off every time she sprayed the hose on it. I noticed the plants she now has along the fence. Maybe you should place an open 'compost bin' to place right next to one of them on your side, so when she is weeding and the bin is ripe she has to smell it! Cream of chicken soup smells the worst when it is bad! I am familiar with the show Neighborhood Wars. I will definitely watch it!

That guy is using the flipper zero or similar device that's why his hand is in his pocket and he's communicating to his flipper zero device with his phone. He is getting Wi-Fi information that's why he's standing so close to the camera. Now that he has that information he can gain access to other devices such as your computer..

redzot, we are very sorry for the loss of your Uncle, Dad and three friends between October of '23 and just a few months later, that has to have been rough. Time will be your ally, things will get better for you, and life will get more back to normal. Godspeed to you indeed as that happens.

You don’t really need discovery. You already have all the crucial info. Lawyers will just drain you. Just set the trial date already. This is an open and shut case. The important bits of info are the survey maps and witness testimonies. Win. Done.

I am sorry for your losses. There are no words. I've moved from my condo in the metro Detroit area to an apartment north of Cincinnati and I have been so grateful that all of my neighbors have been pleasant. Even the ones who caused the cockroach invasion were still nice. Nasty habits, apparently, but nice. As I told the Property Manager, who is really good, you haven't been disrespected until you've had your morning meditation interrupted by a cockroach running along the edge of the bathtub. And I swear it flipped me off! Now THAT'S disrespect! But it gave me the opportunity to meet a number of really nice people who came by to help the cockroaches to cockroach heaven. Very good, professional folks who knew their stuff. But, other than thundering up and down the stairs by my unit and normal daytime thumping and bumping, which I actually enjoy - rhythm of life, ya know? I love hearing the kids laughing and playing around the buildings, that too is music. My neighbors are good. Then I think about the Karen and Chad show...K&C sometimes make me so angry I WANT TO SUE THEM!

Have you considered placing a trail cam (or two, one for each direction) on your tree in the front yard? The house cameras can record vehicles that pass by but do not show what the drivers do once out of sight. In addition, HD ones can record license plate numbers, even at night (invisibly without flash). This type of set up would have been useful for the car window smashing event. You might even be able to place them without the neighbors noticing.

I have thought about. My other neighbor welcomes them. He LOVES that we keep a watchful eye on his place as well as ours. Several of our more friendly neighbors have seen this channel and have all put the same cameras around their homes as well. I feel like Google should let me test their next gen cameras :)
