Yes! I have learned to absolutely LOVE mine! My new neighbor, free of charge, cuts my grass every week with his riding mower with a smile and a wave as he rides around! If I even think about pulling out the push mower, he'll come take it away from me and make his son use it. LOL But really, nothing like having a crazy drunk neighbor like this poor fellow.

I had a neighbor from hell for 4 years. I got so tired of it we sold the house and the psycho bought it cash under a fake LLC so we didnt know it was him! $70k in the pocket later we have amazing neighbors and i built my house myself with no mortgage!! Bad neighbors can Ruin your quality of life!!

She can grouse and assume all she wants but that does not change the property lines. She is only setting herself for a huge dose of reality!

I have noticed whenever there is a dispute involving a couple, or even two, that at least 90% of the time the woman or women do all the talking, they're in charge. The man or men only speak when spoken to by the judge, even then the women will try and butt in and answer for him. I'm so glad I never married.

It has to do with always looking forward to explaining to them WHY im the king, and she isnt. You've gotta wonder what the officer was thinking during all this, too. I mean, she leapt out of her house, yelling and accusing you of being some nutter only to be met with you being all calm and cool. Easily the best part that's got me crackin' up: 2:30 - "... and she said, 'F--- you! Spend your white boy money and go get a survey'." "Well, guess what? I did. Turned out, she was wrong."

She will ignore the judgement and refuse to remove the fence (or let it be removed) because she will still think she is right and probably argue with the judge and wind up in jail for contempt.

Amazing that Trespassing in her mind doesn't go both ways. She is a good 20 feet on your property when she goes for the dog. She is 3 feet from you and the officer at the back end of your vehicle. The topper. It's on the officer's bodycam. You should have explained that to the officer and told him to tell her that his bodycam clearly shows her trespassing with an officer present, and that you could press charges while he was there.

Her elevator doesn't go to the top anymore. Her bologna done slid off her bread. She's a few bricks short of a full load. etc.etc.etc

Its amazing how quick the cop changed his tune after talking to Redzot. Not taking the crazy lady’s side anymore huh?

What proof does JoAnn have that she says she has, but never shows anyone? Her own survey? She doesn’t strike me as someone who could read a survey all that well. What about code enforcement? Are they doing anything about the additions they put on their house, probably without permits or inspections by the same crew if I was guessing by the same individuals who installed her fence.

I’m glad your finally doing something about your property line . The old saying around here is fences make great neighbors keep a fence !! Here’s another thing if they maintain that property fence line within like 15 yrs in our area a surveyor told us that they can claim legal rights to that property and get it because nobody has contested the fence . To anybody , Always have a survey done when you purchase any parcel of land ! I can’t wait to watch the rest of this chit show

Sadly she most likely can’t help it. I’m not a doctor. I have spent excessive amount of time with senior citizens, and I’ve seen that before. Her 🧠 isn’t getting a good oxygen rich blood flow to all the parts like it did 5-10 years ago. Enough of it to change her personality. She’s most likely more aggressive then ever (inside the house and calmed down, but aggressive). Stoke, heart attack, and severe circulation problems is when I’ve seen it cause this. I feel bad for Jack. Poor guy has to watch his wife turn into someone else he doesn’t know.

Go watch the previous videos, Jack is about as nutty as she is. They seemingly take turns. There's two significant signs of things not going well for either of these folks. One is there drinking, Two is there both seemingly having "Cognitive Functions Issues" that the alcohol (and possibly other meds) are having on them at this stage of Dementia.

Shows the failure of the system and how they are I cohoots with lawyers so everyone makes money except the home owner. It should be as simple as here is the surveyor report, it matches was the city has, the fence was built on the wrong property you have 2 weeks to get it removed or it becomes the property of the rightful property owner and here is the fine for the illegal fence.

@@ronfullerton3162 Land surveyors do not decide where property line fall court judges do and its a lot more complicated than checking to see if the plats match. I have been a survey crew party chief for 35 years and did survey work for over 40 years. As much as i hate to say this 2 licensed survey may come up with 2 totally different opinions about where the property line that is in dispute is really located. Whatever evidence and opinions these surveyor have will be presented to the court and the judge will make a decision base on the property laws of that state. She may have an old plat of the property survey that shows different dimensions than his plat shows since it was surveyed long before he had it done, hence the original monument that he states was found in the back of the property.

@@michaelbarefoot188 The two recent surveys have found the same results. And it was an original pin exposed by the first survey crew that the neighbor's fencing crew pulled up. There has been discussion about an easement and the borders of it. But easements do not necessarily follow property lines. This definitely has turned into a mess.

@@ronfullerton3162 Court judges make the final decisions on property disputes, land surveyor just give their opinions .i have been on property line disputes where both parties have had surveys done and then the judge appointed a third surveyor to do the survey and listened to all their opinions before making a decision. .There is a lot more involved a a property a survey than just measurement shown a plat or what is called for in a deed. What may look like a simple lot survey can turn into a can of worms so that is why there may need to be more than one surveyor involved and why only a judge has the legal authority to declare the final location of property lines.

How can she keep refusing to understand the difference between civil vs criminal? They continue to refuse to get the city or their own surveyors out to prove their point. It's the idiot mindset of "if I make enough noise, I'll get my own way" and that is toddler behavior. She wants criminal charges brought but won't lift a finger to prove what she says is true. Gah! There are some people who through whatever circumstances have learned that they can bully their way into getting what they want by being loud and extremely obnoxious. JoAnn is clearly one of them, and Jack (her husband) either lacks the spine to stand up to her and tell her to knock it off, or is more likely quietly complicit. I’d say she will be in for a rude awakening, but that would give her credit for some cognitive ability which she appears to lack, whether due to disease, disability, or just outright deficiency. I’d wager she is the sort of classless and clueless individual who will blame everything on racism when they lose, rather than accepting any responsibility for their own failures to perform any rudimentary due diligence.

A lot of time electric poles are on corners of property but not always. It depends on design and layout of land and houses power it running to. Most of time they will be on the edge of road right of way easements

Good videos! But would recommend blurring your mouth when giving out your phone number. My mom could have easily figured out your phone number ... her mom (my grandmother) was deaf and my mom learned how to read lips, very well, because of the deafness.

I can imagine that he is right about his neighbor. My family's affliction is dementia, and how she has changed from a loving neighbor to this hateful person sort of fits this problem. It is so sad to see wonderful people descend into these fits from hell.

As I said in the comments from the 1st video last week. Wait till you see how the officer handles the situation after talking to Steve. He knows Steve is correct, Yet it's a "Civil matter". And until Jack or Joanne does something stupid to take it to the "Criminal" level. Law Enforcement really can't do anything until a Judge orders something. And even then its pretty limited. Its plain to see from several previous videos, that BOTH Joanne and Jack are having cognitive functions issues. And are not likely going to comply with a judges ruling on this matter, Unless its in there favor. Which will bring us all to another level in this SAD,SAGA. Its to bad they don't have a child or trusted family member that could explain to them that they are WRONG. And are not going to win in the end.

You could tell, that lady's husband knew she was in the wrong, but he was afraid to tell her.

This is unreal! Property taxes also include the square footage of the land. Does the neighbor want to acquire the land and pay the taxes, I do not think so. A homeowner should have all rights to their property with certain allowances for easement for access of utility companies, gas, electric, telephone/cable and water. This is going to be a long drawn out process and costly legal fees but is necessary.

Apparently you haven't personally been threw a "72 hour Psychiatric hold" with a family member or someone close. Because even if they do evaluate them and find they have the early onset of Dementia or some sort of Cognitive Functions Issues. Unless they pose a "Viable Threat" to them selves or anyone elese, 99% of the time there sent home. These are the Red Flags that we are seeing and talk about after there's a shooting. And ask ourselves "How was this missed??" When in reality, it wasn't. But there's NO WHERE to put these people anymore. They've CLOSED 95% of the Psychiatric hospitals. And now just tell them here's a pill, you'll be fine. Take your meds and go home.

@@Pyle81 excuse me, but I went through this with my dad in 2010 & yes he was held on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. He passed away Christmas night 2010 so yes I do know what I'm talking about and every Christmas has not been the same since he did pass away. The cop caught on to the dementia as well & yes I would say she's a threat to others as well as herself. Every place is different on how they handle situations like this, but I'm sure that's most likely what the cop wanted to talk to Jack about. We shall see in the next video. 👍🏼 For the record I'm not upset with you, but you cannot always assume someone doesn't know what they are going through. Like I said, I think the cop is concerned about how she's acting & wants to make sure she's not harming Jack as well & believe me I'm more than concerned about what's going on with all the sh**tings going on. We've had 3 in my area that haven't made the national news. A lot going on in our world that needs to be addressed in every city throughout our country.

You know memories are short. I now remember some of the reasons I changed professions and left the police dept. I have flashbacks of being a cop.

I feel so bad for you. Words can not express it. I'm not religious, but I'll GET religion for long enough to pray for this nightmare to be behind you ASAP. I hadn't thought about the dementia angle, but that would explain a lot.
