I’m upper middle and had new money judging me for liking slightly sheiker polos than that guy. She thought me being an ass for owning about 5. She was lower middle that went to Harvard and came home a doctor for corporations during that…era (I learned a lot about how much of that was about money) so she came back way upper and still judged me. I’d wear those shirts on purpose. People are serious about that style of dress meaning something here. My real dress up stuff has really caused hatred, for real.

The officer had an issue once his authority was being questioned which is not a crime. He came back to ask more questions and they arrested him. Being an a hole isnt a crime but being an a hole while being an officer is. In America you have rights which gives you the right to question. Not so much in other countries.

EXACTLY! You can, and absolutely should every time, ESPECIALLY if you are sober, deny doing a field sobriety test!! They are designed for you to fail and to give the officer justification to arrest you for hardly any reason! When doing the test there are like 34 different "markers" they look for and if they feel you meet even like 3 or 4, which they can for almost no reason at all, and fail you and arrest you! Even if you are completely sober and completely complying!! You think you've done nothing wrong and it's a simple mistake.. you are very polite, answer all the officers questions and do everything he says and do very well on the Field Sobriety Test... and you STILL are told you failed and are being arrested, put your hands behind your back! I know because it happened to ME! 😢 And then I blew on the Breathalyzer.. and I blew a .00! So I think, "get I'm definitely being released now!!" Buttt no, according to the officer, I was showing "signs of intoxication" during the FST.. except it was literally 20°F at 90m in December in the Arizona desert and I was only wearing jeans and a very very thin t shirt. My very thick, very warm and comfortable jacket was in my car and he wouldn't let me get it, so I was shivering during test but besides that I was perfect I felt! Long story short, I went to jail! And this was Friday night, so I got to sit in there to Monday morning! And I still got a DUI while I was sober! Oo and the cops had my car towed that night, I watched it happen! But I was never given a receipt... and I never saw that car again!!! 😢😢😢 My word verse the cops, this was all in mid 2000's, right before body cams were a thing.. My life would be so very different if body cams had become a thing even just a few years earlier and I could have protected myself from all the absolute and ridiculous lies the cops told about me in court! And since it came down to my word verse theirs, I automatically lost... TL;DR: Never take a Field Sobriety Test! Even and Especially it you are actually sober!! If you are sober, say you want to do the Breathalyzer! You absolutely have that right and it is so much safer and quicker even!
