Had a neighbor who used to cut across my front yard to get to his house next door. After asking him repeatedly, I put up a low decorative fence, like you put around a flower bed, and planted some flowers. After the 2nd time he tripped on it coming home at night, he quit using my front yard as a short cut. The insane part was it only cut 5 or 6 feet off his journey to his front door.

Dont speak to them anymore. Silence is golden.

I built a mailbox from 1/4” plate steel to resemble a common metal mailbox and placed it on a 4” steel pipe that was concreted into the ground 3 feet. My friend lives on a back road and the old mailbox was folded by kids with bats, that will Never happen again I told him. Great positioning on your mailbox. I’ll bet the US mail can have that vehicle moved that is blocking the mailbox and it will never park there again. Lol😂

Yes! There is some of the video that I can’t even watch, is it triggers me. We had a nasty, vile older woman next door, and she used to harass us constantly. She told my kids that they could not play in their own backyard, kept all the balls that ended up in her backyard by mistake. We put a fence up between our yard and hers and she called the city because she had measured it and in one area the fence was too high. It was high, because the slope of the yard made it that way. She also called the cops because water from our sprinkler was on her cement walk alongside her house between our homes. She also tried to have the tree taken down in front of our house, she called the city and lied to them, and gave them our address with her name and her phone number. We were so elated when she moved out to a nursing home.

Remind Chad that he can't park closer than 15 feet from that mailbox. "The United States Postal Service has guidelines requiring a minimum mailbox clearance of 15 feet on either side for USPS vehicles. If this space isn't available, a mail carrier can actually decline to deliver someone's mail."

Talk to the post master and have the post master complain to the police about the truck blocking your mail box. Other than that you can put in a complaint about the officer not enforcing the law equally or just keep calling the police (non emergency line) about the infraction so they will get tired and have your neighbor move their truck.

@@apeflawless According to USPS regulations, you have to park at least 15 FEET from a mailbox so a mail carriers truck can gain access to the mailbox, therefore, THERE TRUCK IS VIOLATION, WHETHER IT IS ON A PUBLIC STREET ON NOT. The cop shou;ld make them move their truck and if they don't then they should get a ticket, period!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Several comments below from mail carriers and former carriers back this comment up.

As soon as that officer went back over to Joanne's, you should have moved your truck/car over where Kenzi had her car before, and see what the officer does. Or maybe have the officer call a supervisor to make the decision of whether you had to move or not.

Well, when they go to court this next time, redzot will have the video of her & chad cussing him almost the entire time he was putting up that mailbox!! That and the first few videos of her cussing and acting out of control, will allow the Judge to see what she's like when acting like her normal self. I still thinks she knows somone on the police force, or someone that works for the city....maybe even a relative of theirs. And maybe not.

You know it’s bad when the craziest person there starts saying everyone else is crazy. That’s when you know Karen needs some serious “crazy” help!

You should mount the mailbox post in concrete. Extending as high as you're legally allowed to, in order to dissuade someone from taking it out with a car or truck.

I had that issue when we rented and lived in a duplex, the neighbor kept blocking the mailbox. I called the post office and they told me to call the police to make them move the vehicle or I'd have to get a P.O. box and pick up the mail from the post office

This situation is very close to becoming violent., as demonstrated by the 'random' property damage. The LEO is trying to do the impossible by acting as a peace-keeper, when it's clear that one side of this issue is not being rational. In time, the police will draw their own conclusions about where the problem lies. It's quite possible they will end up being called as witnesses if this thing escalates.

Surely it won't be long before they're both in a nursing home. They definitely need help and for their own sake they shouldn't be alone. They have too much free time on their hands and need a hobby.😅 Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard! I feel for you and thank goodness you all have a lot of patience ❤️

Watching some of your older videos now that more are out just makes things crazy, you can almost see what they're planning.. like in the video where he was walking around in the street and then next thing you know the parking shenanigans started.. and when it looked like he was taking pics of your wifes car then a while after someone came and smashed her windows in.. they might be very dumb but they seem to be always plotting something, be careful man.... i can see this turning into an episode of Fear Thy Neighbor

I had not noticed that. That would be a good timeline to put together for legal purposes to show a pattern of behavior. Look for other things like that.

Little things like that are exactly why I don't buy the whole dementia line -- too many things come across as very intentional and very planned. Jack and Joanne know exactly what they are doing and how far they can push the situation and get away with it. They are not the nice and friendly people they pretended to be when Red first moved in and met them -- what we're seeing now is who they really are.

If they did it would be inside his property by a couple of feet. His mailbox is inside what Joanne claims is the property line. Prevents her from complaining about it's location.

@@danmacgowan8242 USPS condones placing mailboxes on what could be concidered some one elses property (ie placing all boxes on one side of road) actually the "strip" of property would be "right of way" for road and utilities

@@josephbyrd6642 USPS can also authorise all mail boxes be at a "neutral site". my street is a glorified alley with no right of way improvements. all 9 residents have their mail delivery at a mass box stacking located at the corner of the Senior Citizens Center parking lot.

Damn, I just invested a few hours of my night on this channel. I got so invested I popped some popcorn and grabbed a pop and watched it all! Whoop whoop!

The need for daily hatred is like a high gotten from gambling. They will nvr stop and the will up the ante, aka breaking windows, to get their high. Violence will increase as well.
