More unsolicited advice: In lieu of ignoring them, perhaps every time they yell at you, say 'What?!', even if you can clearly hear them. Feign that you're starting to lose your hearing and have them keep screaming. Makes it easier for the audio to be transcribed as well... just saying... stay the course!

This actually works. I had a friend who’s boss was a little dictator. So one day he was screaming at her, as she was looking down at her feet, and when she didn’t reply he screamed at her “are you listening to me?”. Still no reply. He screamed it again and she looked up, looked side to side then at him and said in a pleasant voice “I’m sorry, were you talking to me?” He literally fell to the floor and started screaming and kicking his feet like a toddler. She got up and quietly left the office. Priceless to all of us who’d had to put up with him over the years.

I'm rooting for the Code Enforcement Officer to make them tear down their illegal extensions and double decker decks. If that happens, PLEASE promise that you'll post videos, bonus points for recordings of the screaming..

Police officer should not be confused that you moved your box. It was a reasonable thing to do. Your car has been vandalized. You want to park in view of your cameras. They were too often taking up both spaces between their box and your driveway. So, the solution was to move your box so you can park where your box used to be.

How is it possible that she got you into court so quickly but in nearly two years you haven't been able to have a judge confirm your professional survey and order that the fence be removed by a set date or you get to remove it and they will have to pay your expenses for the removal?? It can't still be COVID has the courts backlogged. If you can't stop someone from building on your property, then they can't stop you from putting a fence on your property line on what they perceive as their property. Then let her get you into court, she seems to have a quick way of getting in there. Either way, you have the survey so it's a slam dunk that you aren't going to lose so what's the real problem here?

Make sure you keep a camera on your mailbox too. It wouldn’t surprise me if something happens to it and if it does you’re gonna want video because the postal inspectors will get involved then because that’s a felony. As I commented in your last video, I work for the post office, so I know that it is a felony to mess with anything that has anything to do with your mail, your mailbox, your packages anything like that and the postal inspectors will get involved and they will press charges.

Yes they realize it, they just did not care, everything to them is just causing trouble for their neighbors. Wonder if feel good about having so much hate everyday. Now it is the only thing they live for.

In Maryland you can't park within five feet of a driveway. As for the police officers the one that made you move, I probably complain on him since the second option didn't require the same of you. And I would file a complaint on an officer also.

I remember when you only had about 7k viewers, way back :) I have tried to get people to watch. I had a incident with neighbor 3 houses down, who said I flew and hovered over his house and harassed him. I had data enough to show never been over his place in any of my 460 flights. I have software that shows exactly where my drone was at, height, which way the camera was pointed, which inclination the camera was pointed down, etc. SO I admire you covering all the bases, love the new camera out front (and new parking spot :)

Those two are not poor Black people. According to loud mouth Joanne, they own their house, they have vehicles, she had that fence installed, they have FedEx packages being brought to their house, they could afford to retire from their jobs, etc. If they’re poor, I’m filthy rich then 😂.

through all this it still sounds like they dont fully understand the meaning of " a property line" or " an easement". I saw you mark out the property line by tying a line between stakes and spraying the ground along that line. why not continue the "Line" up to the curb and spray the end point orange at the curb ,to mark the beginning of the Property line. since they do continue out to the centerline of the road. then measure out 7ft off each side and spray those end points Blue, to indicate the easment off the centerline of the property line. hopefully ,the your new mailbox does not impede the easement on your side. I had the same issues with my neighbors. your handeling this well, im glad to learn from what you've had to go thru. best of luck.

That's why he doing renovations to sell his house. However the new buyer would need the survey done, and that would be problematic for the buyer.

What I did for protection was set up ring cameras that are linked so if one goes off they all do. Add another to the front so you can your cars parked out front.

When they yell at you, ask them and your point is? Let them have ther long-winded tirade, then follow up with, how is that or why is that? listen to the tirade. Then hit them with, That concerns me how? They will wear themselves out. Can't tell you how many I've used this method. It usually throws the other person off course.

I feel that you are not getting equal treatment from the police. They make your wife move her car at 11:00 in the rain but then don't make them move the truck for the same reason? Black officer black plaintiff. Boy if it was the other way around they would be screaming discrimination. You are so patient that it is amazing. A real lesson on how to handle things !

I would like to know what your lawyer says about officers' "prerogative" to enforce or not enforce laws? Or, if it's worth inserting that experience into your presentation in court or before a judge? Pointing out that an officer made you move your car parked nOT blocking a mailbox, in the middle of the night, although less than 2' away, vs the 2nd officer not having them move their car that was fully blocking a mailbox. 🤷‍♀️

There are so many things I could suggest, but I really don't want you to get in trouble.😂😂

If you view some of his videos where they show down "Karen's" fence that also has the survey pin/tape line, you can see a few bushes on her side (right of the survey tape) in a line. Usually, normal people put a few bushes on their property line to show where it's at. And her "bushes" in a line as they are, surely indicate that's what their purpose was.

It strikes me that were the utility company required to dig up the pipes for some reason... blockages?!!!, then, surely the fence would have to be rooted up and strong admonishment be issued to the fence's owner?

Nope. The utility company would dig up the fence without a thought. They wouldn’t care. The easement is the property of the land owner. He can build a fence on it if he wants to. What he can’t do is keep the utility company from tearing down the fence to do their work. They don’t have to put it back and they don’t have to fix the grass. If the State does a taking, then they own the property and he couldn’t build the fence; sort of. The town likes it when people take care of the property between they line and the road and will rarely say anything about people building a fence on that land either. But they will tear it down too, without a thought. What we have here is a property line with a 7.5’ easement to both sides. The drain is not centered on the property line. That’s so the contractor can run their equipment up and down one side and lay the pipe down the other. If they put the drain down the center they’d have to run equipment over the properties outside the easement, and return that property to its original condition when they were don’t. It appears as if Karen thinks the drain runs down the center and is measuring her property from their.

I don’t understand the hostility. When I had my place, my neighbor didn’t like that a large branch hung over my fence in the back. MY fence. He thought I should pay to have it cut off. It was a large branch. I told him he could go ahead and cut it if he wanted to. He was a yurt kind of fella. He wasn’t a nice neighbor. I am a widow. My husband died there. I’m on SSDI because I broke my neck. I had to move because I just couldn’t keep it up myself. I’m so relieved I don’t have to deal. I just do not understand why she is so awfully hostile and nasty. Watching her spray the car just blew my mind.

When is your date for civil trial?

It already got dangerous somebody came through and beat all the windows out of his girlfriend's car.

I just can’t believe the first officer made y’all move bc y’all were in front of their mailbox. But then the second cop did absolutely nothing about parking in front of your mailbox. Wow. It’s just gotten so petty. It’s ridiculous. I’d like the see the second cops body cam footage. I agree! Nobody needs to attack or mess with the neighbors. That would be messed up.

By getting a no Karen's flag you're asking for trouble!

It would have been interesting to see what their response would have been if you had responded along the lines of: "Well, there wAS room for both of us to enjoy parking between your mailbox and my driveway, but you kept taking up the available area in exactly the way to prevent another car parking there too. And since we like to park where we can see our car, the only thing I could do was to make room in front of my house by moving my box out of my way."

This is going to sound silly but if I was legal council I'd make one suggestion to you. I would add a disclaimers to the front of some of your past video's and future video's that states this is a Public record of a civil Dispute between Neighbors and not intended to Villainize either party nor is it to seek involvement from parties that happen to watch these video's. this is a matter for the the courts to come to a fair resolutions so both parties can go on with their live peacefully. all unwanted contacting, harassment, stocking,Pranking, vandalizing , damage, threats and or violence against either party or their properties will be meet with legal actions. I ask for the help of all that enjoy my video's and wish so see more to help bring forward all information on all parties that violate this disclaimer so I can pass it on to the law for prosecutions. You may not like this advice, but just move your mailbox DIRECTLY in front of your property and AWAY from theirs. You don't need more drama. Stop talking to them, and let their own words accuse them if it comes down to a court situation again. Just move it. It will save you a ton of future headache.

You really need to just quit interacting with them. You're going to end up saying something you regret and the judge will look favorably on the fact that you chose to not engage with them.

Ok man i been watching from the start. You are completely minding your business when it started, but if your gonna keep going with this tick for tat and than still care about them as they try and reck you. Well your just as bad as them .
