Thank you so much. I have hyper mobile joints and have had ankle discomfort since i was a young child. I found i feel much better after your class . Very interesting and i realise i broke my right little toe when i was 4 and haven't been taking weight on it. Im 65 now. Never too late 😊❤

Excellent lesson Raz, Thank you. I felt so much in my neck , throat and jaw during the guided movement of my toes feet and hands. And afterwards, as much aliveness in my jaw and around my lips, as in my feet and body. I guess there was a lot that was freed up in these areas for me as well?

Thank you Raz. It has been too long since I have done Feldenkrais on a regular schedule. I had forgotten how good I feel afterwards. I noticed late, that you were presenting this morning at, 9:00am Pacific. So I quickly tuned in and followed along, intermittently, as I was preparing for the day to go get my preschool granddaughter. Even "doing" the lesson only a fraction of the time, here and there, I felt quite a difference! Also, yesterday, during a massage session, tending to a sort of numbness in my left foot, I finally "connected" that several long-ago broken toes on that foot have contributed to those weird sensations, now, in that foot! And today's lesson seems to have helped a Lot! THANK YOU! And thank you Juniper! And Astra... and Nadia, for the visual.

Hello, have a question: if one sleep on only one side for 85/90 percent of the sleeping time would this cause damage to the hips/spine? just got X-rays done on my pelvis, and it shows the L5 tilted towards the llium on one side. Could sleeping on one side make this happened, and is there a way to fix it?✌️

In intelligent hips Raz was exploring the hip-pelvic-lumbar relationships in great detail, so you may find this series helpful.

More confirmation how our world is our self image and how unfamiliar the sensation of 'slapping' the floor with my feet in walking at the lesson end instead of the previous relationship with the ground. Yes my feet do feel more intelligent when 'choice' is present
