Agreed! We love the garage suite they were building. You dont see stuff being built like this anymore.

I like the old houses since they have so much character and detail but they can also come with hidden problems and the expense of fixing up so not for me haha. Thanks for the tour. Have a great weekend. 👍

Yea that's very true. Sadly enough a lot of these houses we clean up get torn down for that very reason. Thanks for watching Wade! 👍

Lol if only. Were hoping to eventually move on an acreage or somewhere outside the city. But this house definitely is pretty quiet which we like.

Going to guess probably in the low 400's. It needs work but the lot is big and it has that whole other addition, however with everything going on it might go for less. Its hard to say!
