Different one for you guys today, the state of this house was pretty shocking especially the second time we came back and smells had time to... settle. Were glad glad new owners let them come back to grab more belongings. Let us know what you guys think of this place.

Roughly how many houses do you guys do a year? I have been thinking about doing a forclousure house clean out company and wanted to learn more before starting.

We've been really slow this year (we live in Canada). We just contract for a company so we get a hourly rate for the both of us. You'd make a lot more if you started your own company and contacted the banks directly. We just do this on the side so it was good to bring in some extra money. But there's good money to be made if you own your own company.

So sad. Looks like maybe an older person was there with maybe other people who were super nasty.

I think that would be a really nice house after you two cleaned it out and did a deep clean. I wouldn't want to do it. Lol. Oh and get some A/C going.

It definitely would be a nice house after a very good cleaning and some slight renos. Glad we don't have to clean it though 😅

Oh wow that place is bad and the heat so far this spring and summer has been brutal. What a nasty place. Most of the abandoned places I see aren't this bad haha. If I bought a place like that it would have to be totally gutted walls, floors and everything gone and start over. Have a good one and I hope you took a good shower after that haha.

We drove by a couple of days after the new owners got the keys and from what we could see it was already gutted out lol. But ya this weather has been insane, hopefully we get lots of rain and we definitely showered after this one haha. Thanks for watching Wade!

Is there a reason why they didn’t move everything out prior to the sale or did they not have time?

We are not sure on that but they did have plenty of time. We're thinking they possibly might not have had another place to move into or something but we're not entirely sure! We don't get told that sort of information so we're kind of left in the dark regarding these kinds of things.

The new owners luckily. Doesn't happen often but sometimes they sell like this as is.

What do you guys really do with these stuff?

Wow you really got your work cut out on this one. The place looks like hoarder house. I just feel kind of sad because it looks like they had kids and that was really unhealthy looking. Good luck and be careful.

Luckily for us the house sold as is, so the new owners will be cleaning it from what we're told. From what we saw they had a couple of older grandkids living with them.
