Hey guys! We've been pretty slow with the foreclosure stuff, but we had this property to check out/change the locks on today, so wanted to give you guys a house tour. Wow that’s a lot of mold! That’s terrible people were living in that especially older people. I’m glad y’all had masks and didn’t have to clean it.

We couldn't imagine living in that, very unfortunate some people did. First time we've walked into a house that felt very humid and damp. Super glad we don't have to clean it!

@@BrookeEli , I live in Florida, we have a LOT of humidity. I’ve never seen anything like that. I’m sure there are homes like that, I’ve just never personally seen it.

That's what we've been told. Florida is on our list of places to visit one day. I think we will be shocked by the humidity.

@@BrookeEli, probably my advice would be just don’t come at the very hottest time of the year. When it rains it’s very humid and it rains a lot during the summer. If you want to enjoy the beaches you’ll want it to be good and warm. If you want to enjoy the theme parks my favorite time to go is January or February. We normally go in January. It’s no where near as crowded and it’s warm but not miserably hot. But honestly any time is good it’s beautiful here. My favorite beaches are the Clearwater area. In that area there’s also siesta key and several other small islands and they are all great. Panama City beach all the way down to Destin is all very pretty as well.

Hi guys! This place is nasty and way too much mold. Needs to be completely gutted or torn down. Sickness just waiting to happen. Who would buy this unless it is just for the land. Take care.

Hey Wade! We agree on that, this house needs A LOT of work. It didn't sell for cheap as well, which surprised us. It'll be a costly one to repair. Hope you're enjoying the rest of your summer while it's here.

Wow talk about a hazard. They wouldn't sign that over to me unless total gut out and problem solving for the humidity. All I can see is remediate remediate remediate.

We couldn't agree more. It was hard to breath in that house, even with masks on.

This is definitely an insurance claim not for the new owners but for the facility that owns it

We are if we clean out the property. But this one is sold as is, so we don't touch anything and thank you for being here!

This house is going to have to be gutted down to the studs all the resealed new installation Andre drywalled before that houses ever able to be lived in

Yep! Wouldn't surprise us if the studs would have to be replaced as well. Hopefully the new owners got it for a good price.

That house needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Why would anyone buy it?

Maybe they plan on doing that. Not sure but it surprisingly didn't sell for cheap.
