Great way to show what goes into keeping up these properties until they sell. I'm sure the upkeep helps a great deal in the process of selling. To bad they have the structure damage but hope they selling price will make it worth it in the end. Have you ever thought of fix and flip. I know it's a whole other direction. As always you work great together enjoy your evening.

We have definitely thought about it! Once we sell our condo it was an idea of ours to do. Theirs often some good deals on foreclosures we find that could have a great return on investment and thanks Dennis! Have a great evening and rest of your week.

Hi Folks, I contacted you folks over a year ago and appreciated the feed back to my questions. I'm in Abingdon Virgina with a fairly new junk removal business. Wanted to see how it's going. I need some advice. This is a retirement thing but want to set my grandchildren up as well. Hope all is well! Mark

nice to see the other stuff you do to support the properties But I do not agree with letting people break in to the unoccupied huse for any reason. They couldbe doing drugs, could be squatters, etc. You should change the locks and post a note saying ..go elsewhere. Especially now when the weather is nice and they can find other venues.

Yea totally get where you are coming from! We run into this all the time, people come back. The only way it stops is when theres a for sale sign out front or if someone new moves in. People with no where to go know that houses with foreclosed papers on the windows are vacant. This structure is unfinished and not attached to the house, it's also very easy to break into. If we ever run into the person we will obviously tell them not to trespass, but otherwise for now it's not worth getting the police involved or anything like that. We also always re secure the property and put up signs, but that doesn't always work and it's not worth the hassle for instances like this where theres no harm or vandalism.

We manage foreclosed properties. Clean them out, cut the grass, shovel etc... we contract for a company so it's not much if we are being honest. We have other businesses but if you were to start up the business yourself you could make really good money.
