Definitely cleaned up well. Looks like mostly a bit of paint and trim work. If I was looking to get a quick sale and a better return I would definitely gut and redo the upstair bathroom and most of the upstair kitchen. The refrigerator and stove upstairs I would put in the dump they definately would make me look a little closer at other things after seeing them. But in the end as far as your part great job.
