Foreclosed Split-Level House Abandoned By The Owners
Hey guys!
We found this foreclosed property to be abandoned by the owners when we checked up on it 3 weeks ago. We found a bunch of flyers left on the front step and the house to be completely empty. The property has since been secured and all cleaned out. Let us know what you think of this house in the comments.

Where I did remodeling in NY , upstate not city, I did alot of these and yes they were called split level. It definitely looks like who ever gave this up took good care of the property. Kodo's for that. These houses were often called cookie cutter houses because they were built in complexes of anywhere from 100 to 300 hundred and alot of simular features most the garage was just on the opposite end. Thanks for the video. Glad you have a little less hectic times it makes the more stressful ones easier.

I think this style home is also called a split level. Not sure. Cute house! But that yellow would have to go, if it were mine lol.

We screwed up again on what it was 😅 and we agree! The yellow is a little too bright.
if i'm not wrong it seems that winter goes in this region and from december to december
