Foreclosed Property Abandoned Mid Renovation
Hey guys!
We have a new foreclosed property we started to manage for the bank. It's been abandoned mid-renovation. Every time we check on this property it's not shovelled and has notices on the door because the mailbox is too full. There's a lot of stuff left behind so we're hoping they get in contact with us to pick up their belongings. If we get an update about this property we will be sure to let you guys know. What do you guys think of this house? Even though it's not finished we really liked it! Lot's of potential we see in this house, but let us know what you think. Also if you're wondering we check anything from 30-50 properties a month, all depends on the month.
