This was definitely one of the stinkiest houses we've had yet lol. Hopefully, it'll clean up good when the time comes.

Wow I hope the banks can see what an awful condition you have to deal with in this one. Looks like a hazmat suit is needed. Add it to the price of the clean out. Appreciate the work you do even though my heart says these people encroach on the safety and health of others. Glad to se your subs are increasing. You definitely have a good work ethic to do this and spare others this headache. Keep pushing your definitely going to succeed. A side note, I thick given the age of the house that the small door at the top of the stairs was probably a laundry chute.

Thanks for the kind words Dennis! Yes this one is going to be a pretty nasty one, I think respirator masks will be needed for sure. We've done worse though and on the bright side, theres no mold to deal with in this one haha 😂 Also yes when were editing and re saw the footage of the stair cupboard a laundry chute came to mind for us as well!

Yep, but this might be top 3! We mentioned it in our report and quote, itll be interesting to see if they even acknowledge it. We'll be sure to let you guys know though!
