Hey guys! Let us know what you think of this house, definitely one of our favorites we've had to manage. Also we had some strange vibes in this house, so sorry if we seem a little off. We get this from time to time in certain properties.

@@rootedexpeditions we love tiny houses as well! Every year we go on a road trip and stay at some tiny home Air BNB's. So fun!

@@rootedexpeditions yea it is! Going to do it again this summer if everything isnt locked up still because of Covid.

That’s a lot of windows, old windows. Also sliding glass doors in odd places. Would cost a fortune to replace all of them. Cool layout though.

what a place....having done some remodeling...they bit off a lot of changes that may not al have been required. Like new drywall in every room upstairs?

Possibly some asbestos in the drywall and insulation? They were still using it until the 90s here in Canada from what we've heard.

This is a great house but I agree the only problem for me is location. I could see this more on a private five acres where you wouldn't have to use alot of window covers.

Couldn't agree more! If we were spending this much money on a house we would want it to be a lot more private.
