Hey! We contract for a foreclosure company so they contact the banks for us, but their should be a legal/foreclosure department that you can get in contact with.

Glad to see you again.Hope all is well and things pick up. That house has a lot of potential even though the land area isn't great. Watching you with the mattress reminded me of a time I was doing furniture delivery and we had to lift a king mattress on top of a van and then over a balcony railing and through a sliding glass door. Enjoy see you for the next one.

Moving furniture can cause divorce or make a preacher cuss. I think some of my biggest arguments have been in doorways with furniture. Lol
