How much to cleanout a 840sqft house? And get rid of mold n mildew on walls as well. Or would mold removal be for someone else?

First Happy Birthday Brooke. I know that with the fast forward it makes it look easier than what the reality is but you both do a good job together. I was glad to see you repurpose by selling and scrapping I was always going to ask if you did. I think this is a great way to do things. I see others that do this also and donate to goodwill. Thank you! We don't do this anymore but when we did we contracted for a foreclosed property management company and got all the work in our area that they had come in. Might be best to find a company like that in your area or get in contact with a realtor who deals with foreclosures. Unfortunately we don't have much more information but best of luck! It's a lot of hard work so don't under bid yourself.

Hey Ramon, sorry for the late response. We use to contract for a foreclosed property management company. So it might be best to get in contact with a company that specializes in cleaning out foreclosures and maintenance of them or a real estate agent that specializes in foreclosed properties.

Could one hire this service for a house that is still lived in by someone incapable of keeping it up so has been horribly neglected? For several years sadly. 🤔

Sorry to hear that! Theres a company in the United States called Spaulding Decon that does clean outs like that. They also have a KZread channel called Crime Scene Cleaners.
