    To all the young men watching this. These workouts alone won’t give you tear drop legs like him. You’ll need to take steroids or other PEDs and really dial in what you eat. I don’t want you going into this program with unrealistic expectations and being disappointed and quitting when you don’t see results. Not everyone is going to have tear drop legs. Be the best version of yourself.

    During leg extensions if you rotate your feet outwards, the vastus medialis would be even more engaged during the exercise

    I love the exercises you post in your shorts all the time. I live to train upper body and lower body. Could you post more exercises for gluteos, hamstring, and calfs too.     I agree with them all, only thing, try the 1st movement… keep ass off seat,(slightly off) move closer to edge and do short movements.. Isolation to the teardrop, crazy!

    Literally what is the point of the last exercise? You can't load it as heavy as a barbell or smith machine without a dip belt so why not just do smith machine squats, ssb squats, front squats or just plain old high bar squats with the same stance?

    I'm actually pretty good on quad teardrop but I'm having an annoying and difficult time developing quad sweep. Any good exercises for quad sweeps? I do a lot of squats, sissy squat, extensions, but my quad sweep isn't on the same level as my quad teardrop...

    What’s up! I know this is off topic, but here’s for anyone who feels they’ve lost hope and needs to hear this: whether you believe in Heaven or not, consider this, if there was a Heaven, are you sure you’d go there after death? If you’re not sure, here you go: God loves you, and he became a human as Jesus, died to take the penalty for anything wrong you’d ever do, and rose from the dead. Sin is disobedience to Jesus’ commandments for how to live, and sin separates us from him- if you want to be saved from hell and be with God forever after death, just believe in Jesus and what he did (John 3:16) and turn away from habits of sin (Luke 13:3). That’s it. Our actions are the evidence for whether our faith is real (James 2:17), but since everyone fails on a daily basis, we aren’t saved by our actions, but only by God’s mercy (Ephesians 2:8-9), so when we fail, all we need to do is confess our sins to God, and continue fighting (1 John 1:9).
