I tell my kids ( I have 2 teens), having sex is for grown ups only. IE couples who are established and can afford to have & raise kids. If you can't do that, then you shouldn't be having sex. Period. Kids are expensive and deserve to have parents who are going to love them, want them, & do what's in their best interest at all times. Having kids require sacrifice, sacrifice of yourself, your money, & your time. If you are not ready to make that kind of sacrifice, don't have sex. If you have a lack of self-control, then use consistent birth control, at minimum- wrap it up. I haven't even touched on all the STD's out there. Not to mention, we live in a world where people will use you for sex. Self preservation is OK.

It starts in the homes...Parents need to only have kids that they want & can provide for (especially emotional support). People need to heal prior to kids. This is a huge problem! If we nurture kids better, they won't be so attracted to toxicity & dysfunction. The partners we choose are very often a reflection of the relationship we have with our parents. Most people didn't have healthy parents, upbringings, nor felt loved by their parents. All of this shows in how we respect ourselves, handle romantic relationships & treat sex.

We should ALWAYS be careful and not be reliant on everything else to clean up the messes we make; pick up your own mess without the drama. I really wish the older generations would realize that my generation is still affected by the older generations. We get your point, but do you get ours? It seems like for every young person like you, there are 20 like the young people in the video. So, thats why we are alarmed. The little 5 year olds sing dirty songs isn’t cute. But someone thought it was, recorded it and posted it. And while we don’t know how those little girls will turn out and we hope for the best, history indicates they will repeat these patterns. We want the best for everyone in your generation. We want your generation to learn from our mistakes. But in some ways, there is no comparison because we didn’t grow up with the same amount of damaging influences as you do. I’m 20 and it’s funny because every generation had young people like this, it just was filmed and put on the internet because they didn’t have advanced social media in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s… I really hate how older generations group all young people together. I’m 20 and I’ve never dated, I’m just trying to live my youth which, surprise, doesn’t include acting the damn fool out here. They did the same for my generation (millennials), still do and even lump us in with your generation because my generation come right before your generation. All i have to say is that you guys have no excuse to not do better because my generation constantly got ragged on and still do for things that we also could’ve changed. So you guys definitely had us to learn from to not repeat the same type of behaviors. One thing for sure is that we never joked like this about things like pregnancy. This on a whole new level of it.

Facts. A lot of teen pregnancies back in the 80's and 90's. During the crack epidemic. A lot of crack babies were the results of the birth of millennials which resulted in a lot of mentally ill and behavioral problems. And they had kids when they were teens and listening to nasty music back then. But where does it stop? How do we put an end to it? We can sit here and play the " blame game" all day. But how do we put an end to this? The only way we can put an end to it.. and people responsible for the behaviors in our society. Call them out parents and back influencers, don't let your kids listen to them. Stop letting tablets raise your kids. Talk to your kids.. treat your kids like human beings instead of emotional pets. IF your child has a mental illness.. get them the help they need. Stop saying " ain't nothing wrong with my kid". when your kids is acting up in school and attacking teachers.

I'm so confused by this. If you have unprotected intercourse with someone, why would you just assume that you didn't father a child? He said, "That's not mine" as if he could just magically erase his DNA from the fetus.

God Almighty I pray for our children, this generation and the coming generation. Father hide them under Your Mighty wings, make them invisible to the enemy. Father give us strength as parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents to pray for our children and every other child. Help us to rise and teach our children according to Your will and for Your Kingdom. Help them when they are not under supervision, that the Holy Spirit and angels, may guide them to do the right and correct thing. 🙏🏽

That’s the oldest trick in the book. Working for child support has shown me that these young men and women are totally clueless about life let alone getting pregnant! They just don’t know that life gets harder when you have a child. People will promise everything in the heat of passion but after the high, he’s moving on to the next one…

That’s just fricking sad… I feel for the woman…

Ok, so my 1st post was while I was watching the beginning. She has mental health issues, that's sad. There is adoption as an option. However, we just need to pray for her & this new generation as a whole. So many men & women have been traumatized as children, sexually, which leads to promiscuity, insecurities, & low self-esteem. I'm about to be 43 & still struggle with those issues. I used to settle to feel loved because I felt unloved as a result of sexual abuse that I did tell yet nothing was done by the people who should've protected me & all of my uncle's victims, which included his own children. I empathize with her & understand how she might feel like it's the only way. Clearly, she is lacking a strong support system. Mental disorders are real & they can lead to harmful responses including suicide. Thank God I know Him, because despite have mental health challenges, I am not suicidal, have not been, & gratefully didn't experience post partum depression.

She is mentally ill. I had a cousin who was bipolar and she did all kinds of mental stuff. It was sad she started self medicating with drugs and eventually died.

It's good that her mother told her not to do it, but at the same time, children are visual learners more than anything. You can say whatever you want to a child but ultimately, they'll mostly follow what you DO not what you SAY. If we're preaching to girls/women not to get pregnant by bums, pregnant before marriage, and to have healthy marriages, we need to be the EXAMPLE of that for others to take the message seriously. We collectively don't set the example for any of those things as BW.
